Upgrade from my 65t earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I have the 65t's as well. So I know the specs and how the 75t's have been an improvement. So here we go. GOOD: lightweight comfortable easy to use physical buttons great battery life excellent for phone calls nice even "flat" EQ for my music taste (YMMV) more compact charging case (as well as type C charging port) google assistant works wonderfully. BAD: much smaller than 65t, therefore you must be care handling them as they are hard to keep ahold of no ear fins so if you are "between" sizes of ear gels, so you might have problems keeping them in easily if you do not keep the metal portion in contact with your ear, you will keep pausing your music or have it cut out if you use the right earbud by itself (great option) then once you are done you must take both of them out so they will sync next time. UGLY: takes about 3-4 frustrating mins for the left earbud to stop going in and out before I can enjoy the majestic stereo sound. I have not had it cut out during long plays like other reviewers, but I have had issues with hearing with "hear through" turned on in a office environment. So with all that being said. I am happy I got them and will enjoy them on the occasion when I want to be truly wireless around town.

The downfall of these (for me) was the fit. They would not stay in my ear for any period of time while running. I tried all tips they came with and they just didn't want to stay in.

Flies out of my ear multiple times a day

I tried every ear tip and the right earbud goes flying out multiple times a day from me just walking around left earbud has yet to fall out. I've tried all the sizes on the right one and it just won't stay in. sound quality is great on these and I love the app but no point if I gotta worry about it falling out all day.

Unfortunately, for many people, they come with a fatal flaw. The left earbud crackles when in use. That's right, an audible crackle from a $180 pair of earbuds. And the company is aware of the issue. They keep trying to put out firmware updates to fix it, but other than that, nothing. When you complain they won't offer a refund or an exchange (not that that would matter), they just tell you "Yup, we know it's an issue." It's ridiculous to think that for $180 you can get earbuds that don't actually work right, but it's true. Thankfully there is a positive. You'll only buy Jabras once. You won't make that mistake twice.
