I also bought the 85t headphones last month. Same issue, the don't fit in my ear properly. I really wanted to like them. Maybe they could include an ear wing tip.

When this product works, it works great. I have replaced it once already because it will just have no sound coming thru even at 100% battery. I thought maybe a bad device. NOPE. The 2nd one I got does the exact same thing and more. Sometimes it will sound like the speaker is busted on it. To fix these issues you have to put them back in the case for a few minutes. At the price point for this product, I expect way better quality. I am now back on my search for a good multipoint bluetooth.

I charged them up and used them right away. Day one the R earbud feel out as I danced in the front yard and took pictures of my flowers. Then I decided to go for a walk later on that day and then too the same ear R feel out. Smh. I didn't wear them for a few days then changed the size to smaller and was working out at home and still same issue. Last straw was when it feel under my freezer in the garage. My fiance said to go up a size so I'll try it but once I try them all and it still doesn't work these will be returned for sure. I really liked them until I moved or talked.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Would you mind posting a photo wearing the earbuds? This feedback is valuable to us, and we would like to pass it along to our product development team. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike.
