Good ear piece but very poor case

It's supposed to pause once you take off from ear which doesn't works all the time. You will end up leaving the media playing on it if you don't pause it manually or sometimes even the case also doesn't pauses it because I noticed battery drain even after placing it in the case for a while which was fully charged. Case is very poorly constructed it's very cheap and tacky. If the price would have been may be $100 I would have thought of keeping it but not at this price. So I returned it for good and never buying Jabra in future for sure.

We are glad to hear that you were enjoying the design of the Elite 75t earbuds, however, we regret that you were experiencing challenges with the auto-pause feature and with the battery life of the device. These challenges are certainly not what we are expecting. In order to access the auto-pause feature, you will want to make sure that this is enabled in the Jabra Sound+ app. This can be enabled by connecting your Jabra Elite 75t earbuds to your smartphone, opening the Sound+ app, and going into the Headset tab of the app. From there, you will want to select "Audio experience," and toggle "Auto resume audio" on. Once this feature is enabled, your Jabra Elite 75t will pause the audio you are listening to when the earbuds are outside of their operating range. By the same token, the audio in your Jabra Elite 75t will resume if the earbuds are back within operating range of one another within 60 seconds of pausing your audio. When you return the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds to the charging case, the earbuds should power off, respectively. Once powered off, your earbuds should not lose battery. When the Elite 75t earbuds are in the charging case, they will charge back up to 100% and should stay at 100% until you are ready to use the device again. We are very sorry to hear that you decided to return your Jabra Elite 75t. We wish that you would have contacted our product support team prior to returning your Elite 75t so that we may have looked into the challenges you were facing. We hope that you will consider Jabra again in the future! We are always happy to help.

Ultimately got the Galaxy Buds+ and think those are way more comfortable and sound just as good. Plus, you can find those on sale for $100 every so often. They are a much better value.

They don't fit in the ear as secure as I would like. Sound quality is average. Talk thru is nothing to get excited about.

Even walking after awhile they start to loosen up to come out. Over the ear design might be better for sports related use.

To me if The regular price of these were $189 its DEFINITELY not worth that… heck not even worth it at the sale price I bought them at which was $89…. This company needs to learn how to serve its customers better…smh and sad because I the sound had potential at first but the quality obviously is eh… or maybe i was just unlucky? But i doubt it cause ive seen other similar reviews as mine
