After only a month, I started having the exact same issue with the new earbuds. One of them would just intermittently stop working and I would find myself listening to my conversation in only one ear. When they work, they work great, which is why I was hoping purchasing the newer model would relieve me of these issues. Needless to say, this issue left me extremely disappointed.

We kindly recommend reloading the firmware in the compatible Sound+ app. We have provided instructions for this process below: In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice Guidance Language, select the current language of the earbuds, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the download and installation.
