My first headset is very good with sound, noise cancelation but there is issue with low charging. So returned it for a replacement. Which is received after a wait of more than a month. The new one has issue with hissing sound from the right ear bud. God knows how many days it will take this time to fix the issue.

Hissing sound

An yes, I have the latest firmware... Would really like to edit this review, but I just can't recommend this product with this annoying hissing sound always in my ear..
