Just wasn’t for me

I have used 65t on both my Mac and iPhone for the past two years with barely any issues. I thought to upgrade to 75t, because it is a bit more portable and has some additional features. Turns out that was a terrible mistake on my part. I literally cannot take calls with these headphones. Whether it's on my Mac or on my phone, the headphones mute me. I've tried restarting all my equipments, updating firmware, repairing the device but no luck. I've reached out to Jabra support on Twitter and Reddit, and both the times it came down to "The Jabra Elite 75t is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet", which still does not explain why I am facing the same issues with my mobile device as well. And adding to that, in the age where so many people are working from home, having to take calls from their laptop/PC, "optimized for mobile" is design flaw that is very much shortsighted. I genuinely never thought I'd be so disappointed by this pair, specially since I loved my 65t. Fortunately for me I have only had these for a week, so I’ll be returning them and go back to my 65t.

One ear will connect to my phone while the other is completely silent. Also, the built-in buttons that control the mute and "end call" features are way to sensitive. It's far to easy to hang up on someone when alls your doing is readjusting the dam things in your ear. I am highly disappointed with this product. I should've just bought the wireless set of BEATS that I was originally looking at.

Had them for less than 2 weeks and while running the sweat causes them to slide out and inevitably fall out of my ear. The worst is while cycling the left one fell out and was lost, so now I have a right earbud and consider it a lost deal.
