We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Active Noise Cancellation on the Elite 75t and that you faced the adverse effects of bone conduction when wearing the earbuds. Due to the in-ear wearing style of your Jabra Elite 75t, your sound experience may be affected by bone conduction, which is the transfer of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull. You may hear background sounds, such as your own footsteps or chewing, travel through the bones in your head rather than through the air. This sensation would be similar to hearing these sounds while using your fingers to plug your ears. To reduce the sensation of bone conduction, try a different sized EarGel to get a slightly looser fit. We also suggest you try using the HearThrough setting on your Jabra Elite 75t to let in surrounding sounds. In order to make the most out of the ANC feature, you are going to want to make sure you have the proper fit with your earbuds. The earbuds should fit snugly in your ears and the eargels should create a seal around the outside of your ear canal. This will, in turn, prevent any ambient noise from getting into your audio stream. Next, you will want to customize the ANC in your Jabra Elite 75t by going into the Headset tab of your Jabra Sound+ app. Then select Personalize your headset> Active Noise Cancellation and follow all of the on-screen prompts. Make sure you are in a noisy environment when customizing the ANC on your Jabra Elite 75t as this will ensure you get the best results.
