We regret, however, that they are not able to find a comfortable fit with the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we encourage the receiver of the Elite 75t to try all of the different sized EarGels that came included in the package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. It may be possible that they will need to mix and match the size of their EarGels per earbud. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Posted .Hello Returned- The Jabra Elite 75t is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Some users may have success pairing a Jabra Bluetooth device with a computer and then connecting to a softphone client such as Microsoft Teams. However, the full functionality of the Jabra device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons may not work for call controls the way they would with a mobile device. Regardless, your feedback is greatly appreciated. At this time, you can only use the right Jabra Elite 75t earbud on its own as it is the primary earbud. We are, however, working on a firmware update for the Elite 75t which will allow you to use the left earbud separately from the right earbud. We anticipate that this firmware update will be released before mid-2020. We hope that you will consider Jabra again in the future!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I exchanged the Sony WF-1000XM3 true wireless earbuds for the Jabra Elite 75t today and tested them out in Best Buy's parking lot to be sure this time before I bring them home and I was so pleased with them! I was honestly very disappointed with the Sony's, in almost every way, they were bulky and uncomfortable in my ear, even though I had the best fit cushion for me when I would move my head they would move out a bit which really got in the way of their noise cancelling feature. Their volume, especially their bass was extremely lacking for my tastes and to be honest, the only thing I liked about them was the 360 reality audio feature that's offered exclusively with Sony, but you have to subscribe to their partnered music streaming services such as Deezer to experience that sound. All in all, it just wasn't for me, especially for the price of the Sony's. Now the Jabra Elite 75t however, amazing in every way to me! The comfort is perfect, they're small, light weight, easy fit for my ears. Seem pretty stable to stay in the ears but I didn't test out that theory too much yet, although I'm sure they wont disappoint. Their sound is perfect! I'm very picky with my music and I always listen to it loud. I really value bass when I listen to music, if it doesn't have good bass, it's a deal-breaker. The Jabra Elite 75t's truly provide amazing bass for my standards (which are high!) It's clear, deep punchy bass that I was so excited to discover this product had in the parking lot. Immediately had me smiling and nodding my head in approval, already knowing I loved them and was sold on this pair. I also love that they have physical buttons instead of touch screen buttons like some other true wireless earbuds. Their case is tiny and awesome! There's no wireless charging offered within their case which definitely doesn't worry me because their promised battery life (which I haven't tested out yet) is amazing and way more compared to many other buds I've researched. They aren't noise cancelling but do have passive noise reduction which I'm fine with! I mean with the volume all the way up they are loud! All in all, this product is a win for me!! Note: I am a newcomer to the true wireless earbuds and the Sony WF-1000XM3's and the Jabra Elite 75t's are the only two I've tested. With that being said, the search stops with the Jabra's! Seriously, if bomb bass is what you're looking for in your music, these are for you!
