    I have been told by friends that the call quality sucks and they can not hear me. The ear buds always disconnect. I am working with the new Samsung Note 10 so these ear buds should be perfect. I wish I can get my 65ts back. Only thing new a out these ear buds is the price

This is certainly not what we expect. Due to the lack of noise cancellation and the position of the microphones on the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds, some background noise is expected while you are on a phone call.     The sound quality is excellent. However, there is a constant hissing sound coming from left earbud whenever the audio is playing. Also, both ear buds must be in ear at all times or it will pause music/video if one is removed. Returned them right away. I wouldn't recommend this product. Go for a JLab instead.

    First, the product: There ear buds will often drop calls. When choosing to use one, you have to use the left one (unlike Apple airpods where you can use either). If you attempt to share audio with another person, it doesn’t work with the Jabra ear buds. The tracking function is essentially non-functional. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JABRA, go with another company. Secon, the service: JABRA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Their unwillingness to provide support, replacement, or service is bottom of the barrel. Their blatent disregard for customer satisfaction is indicative of their poor product performance.

      Hello TRAVIS- Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The Left Earbud of the Elite 75t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 75t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it does not have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). Regardless, your feedback is greatly appreciated! We will certainly share this information internally with the development team. Find My Jabra shows the last locations that the Jabra was connected to your phone with GPS enabled. Find My Jabra must be enabled in Sound+ before it can track location. If the Jabra is not in range/powered on, Sound+ cannot track its location. For help go to About-Contact Jabra Support in Sound+.     I purchased these because of the good reviews. I took them to the gym twice and both times they disconnected and I couldn't get them to connect back without putting them back in the case. Who wants to have to take the case into the gym ? They were far from what I expected. I expected so much more. In the end I returned them.

True Wireless headsets using Magnetic Induction technology can experience interference between the earbuds in environments with very high electronic noise. Any True Wireless headset will be vulnerable to this to some degree, depending on the environment. We kindly recommend reloading the firmware. The firmware can be updated through the Jabra Sound+ App, available in both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Please follow the guidelines provided to you below:
      In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice Guidance Language, select the current language of the earbuds, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the download and installation. After this process is complete, please test to see if the challenge with your earbuds persists.     To start off, all the people that have left a negative review, must just not be Jabra fans.. Anyways I was in the market for some truly wireless earbuds, did the whole research thing. Came across the Jabra’s. As I saw from previous reviews they had amazing ratings! Saw the new Jabra Elite 75t we’re coming out and said, let’s give it a shot. I have nothing to say other than I am wowed from what Jabra has done with these earbuds! These earbuds are super comfortable! I have taken them to the gym and they did not fall out, not once. Battery life is awesome! The look is awesome, and they are very discreet. Phone calls sound very good, Nice and crisp. Now, the most important aspect for most people, the sound. I am in shock.. These earbuds definitely deliver!! Sound is amazing! Mids and highs are very clear and the bass is definitely their! If you have been in the market for truly wireless earbuds, look no further! These Jabra Elite 75t deliver in every aspect! These have to be one of the top wireless earbuds out their. I would say they are well worth the money and I highly recommend them to everyone!

To use the left earbud, you must use both the left and right earbuds. If you are looking for a Jabra device that does allow for independent earbud use, we suggest looking into the Jabra Elite 7 Pro.     At first I was impressed with the sound. But as I started my workout routine I was disappointed. If I went more than 3 feet from my phone the sound would break up. I like to leave my phone on a bench while I workout so it doesn't restrict my movement. Other bluetooth headphones I have had have worked up to 50 feet away. I returned the Jabra set and bought the bose.
