    Would not recommend. They work but constantly reset so you always have to reconfigure your settings, they have a weird buzzing sound if they are touched together the wrong way and it's so annoying having to remember the right ear is the only one that works independently. They also die a lot quicker than what is said.

    The first pair I purchased lost volume. Warranty did replace them but now the left ear pod loses volume yet again while wearing. Very aggravating with the price charged. I've completed the full troubleshooting & re-loading of the firmware but issue is still consistent.

    I did extensive research and the Jabra Elite 75t seemed like a good value. So I was very disappointed to find how flat, dull and lifeless my pair were. I'm a "reformed" ex-audiophile but I still expect my gear to project some realism, detail and air; these earbuds had none of that. Muddy, badly defined bass and highs that distorted into a wash of noise with no delicacy or subtlety whatsoever. The app provided was no help, the EQ has only five bands so no fine adjustments were possible, and the so-called "test" was a bad joke bordering on ageism. Never checked out the noise cancellation because they failed the first step so miserably. I'm baffled by a product that gets such good reviews from reputable sources that turned out to be such poor quality. I have ideas but I won't speculate; these buds are being returned as "defective".

    They worked good with music. But we’re too sensitive for phone conversations. To loud on the other side..

      Hello Ashg, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 75t. We are sorry to learn that you are having trouble with your battery life. This is not the behavior you should expect. We recommend charging your Jabra Elite 75t with a different USB and wall outlet. After this, please reset your charging case:
      Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

    these head phones lasted for a little while but then this product did not fit well. I tried all three of the ear grommets and none of them felt comfortable. the sound quality was very poor. the bass was distorted and same with the treble. then slowly the product stopped working all together. the product is not worth the selling price.

    Not really worth the price for its functionality

    I paid a pretty penny for these old to be disappointed by the quality vs. other inexpensive earbud options. I am in no way a Samsung fan at all, but their wireless earbuds (not the pro or live options) are pretty good and a lot less expensive than these ones. Functionality was spotty and nothing felt seamless.

    Great at first, great sound BUT..... These headphone fell apart and stopped working after only 3 months... :-( One ear bud the button fell off and the other now sounds really bad. Overall I am very unsatisfied with these headphones. I would not recommend!

We are happy to hear that you enjoy the audio of the Elite 75t earbuds but regret that you are not satisfied with the fit or the Active Noise Cancellation feature. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud.     Earbuds worked fine for two months. Shortly after owning the left earbud stopped working. Looked for solutions on the Jabra website but no solution worked. Researched the issue on websites and discovered that this is a frequent problem from other owners. Currently working with Jabra service to return the earbuds.

    Great sound poor durability

    Initially was impressed by the great audio and the Jabra app. That impression eventually have to disappointment when I began having problems with the left earbud’s audio. I wouldn’t buy these again because the warranty is great and I did receive a warranty replacement, but after a time had the same problem.
