No match for apple air pods pro

Was advised to wait for updates that would fix the problem. 1 year and Two updates later, no change. I had the two year geek squad plan so I returned them and purchased another brand, apple air pods pro. I am so glad I did !!!

The almost that wasn’t!

I have had to do factory resets every other week: one ear bud playing a lower volume, consistently losing noise canceling, and pairing issues with the phone. Reported issues to Jabra……..NOTHING!

Doesn’t charge

If they don’t get into the car correctly the next time I wear them they don’t connect due to the charge. These are no better then any other $20 earbuds.

So I eventually purchased them. I like that app how you can custom them. But that was that best part. The sounds wasn't great as everyone made it seem especially the bass. So returned them for the powerbeats pro which I did not want to so because these are cheaper.

Sound quality is not the best AirPods pro quality is much better. Glitches when I make sudden movements in my workouts or doing cardio. Have to reset headphones constantly one earbud disconnects very disappointed.

The advertisement for sport wear was the appealing part for my decision to go ahead and buy. NOT for me, I begin my workout at the gym, thirty minutes on the elliptical and the earbuds began to slip out. Features are great ,but not for my ears.

You can only use the right earbud and by now you should be able to use either bud. What a major disappointment, deal breaker for me.

Unpairable ear buds

Contacted Jabra and had to send them extensive information about the product. I shipped my ear buds back over 2 weeks ago and haven't received notice of my replacement shipping yet. A real waste of $120. To be fair none of this is best buys fault, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Jabra.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to admit credit when it’s due. I am a huge fan of corded headsets and have been for many years. However, in the age of devices with no 3.5MM headset jacks, I have to begin to look at bluetooth venues. I have began the adventure with another over the ear headsets and have been overall impressed. I am not saying I am a convert, but I have to admit that bluetooth has come a long way since the early days. When I unboxed the Jabra 75t’s, I was immediately directed to download the appropriate app store, depending on the type of device you are going to pair and use these earbuds on. When I installed it, there was a firmware update ready to download and install once I paired the device using the app vs the bluetooth menu on the device. I suspect it’s the same when you go either route. This is just my initial set up. My first test was using it as a mono device. I used it while driving and had the noise cancelling off. I have to admit the noise cancelling is like having a water clogged ear and then when you turn off the noise cancelling, it’s like when you pop your ears whenever you lift off in an airplane flight. It’s a really cool feature, I mean the noise cancelling is really well done here. I first made a call using the voice dial and the my Android phone, using the device default went through without a hitch. The in call however sounded a bit low but a volume adjustment on the phone was all that was needed to fix that part. The person on the other side of the phone did not have any issues hearing me and I heard them pretty clearly. No static or connection issues experienced there. Within a few minutes I also received a call and I used the button on the right ear bud to answer and end the call. Note that when using the earbuds in mono mode ( aka using one earbud) only the right earbud will work. The left one will not work in this case. Also I have to mention that the build quality is top notch. From the buttons on the earbuds to the charger/carrying case. It’s really well constructed. There is one negative. In switching the earbuds, the ear piece pretty much tore off. They are paper thin so you have to be very careful switching out the sizes in these things. I have ordered replacement ones that I prefer anyway, but I had to put that out there for others to take note of. They come with the medium buds installed. I then tested both earbuds with music. I went through my library and finished my testing with streaming radio stations. For the most I had no connection issues until I popped my head into my fridge. Not sure if it’s just me and my fridge, but again, full disclosure. Using them while cooking was perfect. I was in my zone. So I can imagine using these on public transportation would be perfect as well. Now with the music paired with the awesome software. The software shines with the equalizer and presets, allowing you to edit the equalizer presets on the fly in case you need to really fine tune your preference. I used the headsets for music for a good two hours and glanced over at my phone for the power level and it read 90% at medium volume and hear through/noise cancelling on. Also the buds are very comfortable in my ears and felt no fatigue or soreness of my ear lobes which occur with me at times. I had paused, increased and decreased volume and skipped tracks using just the headsets and all worked without a problem. They tout 7.5 hours on a full charge? I can probably see that and that’s with the noise cancelling on. Pretty good where I am used to 4 hour intervals with older bluetooth headsets. What don’t I like about it? Besides for the thin skinned replaceable buds that can easily rip? Well for me, it is quite slippery for me to grab the buds out of the case. Maybe because the magnets that hold them down are strong, but because of the smooth curvatures of the buds that contribute to the comfort in my opinion, it causes me to really focus on grabbing these out of the case. Sometimes that is just frustrating, but that is my weird hiccup. Other than that, these buds are excellent for the price. I mean I have been using some over the ear fashion headphones and I actually like these buds more because of the ability to tweak the equalizer settings that the fantastic app can provide. This overall package of portability, the power of noise cancelling, and the ability to handle calls is amazing on this. This is totally worth the price. I can definitely recommend these to whoever is looking for a great all around headset. Jabra hit it out of the park with this model.
