Worst purchase ever. Sound quality is not that great. Hard to hear when talking on phone. If you only want to wear one it has to be the right side as the left will not connect to phone unless right one is in ear Really disappointed in this product

These are quality headphones but they may not be for you-- they weren't for me. They fit snugly into the ear, have nice customizability but were too uncomfortable for me after wearing for more than half an hour. Returned.

First issue the war tip came off and got stuck in my ear. After a panic moment I fished it out with tweezers. To go through that for poor sound quality compared to AirPod Pros. I returned the next day. Bought my fist pair of AirPod Pros the same day and they blow these out of the water.

I really wanted to like these but unfortunately they will be returned. I saw many reviews saying that they’re great. I went with it and they had connection issues. I would hear the music from earbuds first and then 10 seconds later on the right. Also they are absolutely horrible for call. I would be in a semi noisy place and the caller would never be able to hear me.To get this connected I had to download the app and connect from there. If you have multiple devices and have to do the same for each device. For me that was super inconvenient. I just want to go to the Bluetooth setting and select the earbuds.

Luckily I got a New Years sale on these combined with a gift card from Christmas, so these did not cost anything to me out of pocket. I would never pay the full retail price on these. Hard to fit in my ear comfortably. One earbud does not work without the other, so both have to be in each ear for these to function. Not truly noise canceling as I can often hear outside noises when in ANC mode. After 4 months it stopped pairing and syncing to my phone. Warranty process is convoluted and not worth my time. You can find a similar product on Amazon for a third of the price.

Way too "boomy" - Really disappointing

I am a big fan of the previous model of these - the Jabra Elite 65t. I was really looking forward to upgrading to this new model. After using them for a couple hours, I returned them. The bass levels of the model 75t are overwhelming. I tried to adjust it with the EQ in the Jabra app, but even turning the bass level down all the way, the bass was too "boomy". By "boomy" I mean that there is no definition to the bass sounds - you don't hear the sharp impact of a kick anymore. It's just this amorphous "boom" of bass. The bass really overwhelms the mid range as well. I don't know if they can eventually fix this with a software update or not, but, as for now, like I said, I returned them and went back to using my 65t earphones.

These earbuds really suck and I wish that I could send them back. For example just during the short time it’s taken to write these few lines my 75 T’s have had 3 power on resets. The connection distance sucks, the sound is distorted, battery charging can be inconsistent they are a nightmare. I’ve even contacted Jabra about my concerns and have been blown-off. I thought these would be better than my 65t's and they are no better, what a waist of money... I even asked about the problems I’m having with MS Teams and was told that these ear buds won’t work with Teams and if I want to use Teams I would have to buy a different set of Jabra ear phones.

Right earbud died three months in

These are trash. About three months in, the right earbud died. Went through hours and hours of troubleshooting that did not help. No way to pair them without the right earbud, so I can't even use one of them. What's even more frustrating, after searching far and wide on the internet, is that it's a common issue. And then Jabra support is terrible. No "we're so sorry, we'll send out a replacement pair ASAP". The soulless robots working for them kind of make YOU feel like an idiot because THEIR earbuds are crappy. Shell out the extra couple of dollars and buy AirPods. That's what I wish I did.

I’m disappointed in these ear buds, considering they came highly recommended by The Wirecutter and aren’t cheap (even though I got them about 1/3 off normal retail price). Battery life - on a full charge - is MAYBE 10-15 minutes, which renders them effectively useless, unless you plan to use them only if doing a 10 minute exercise routine. When battery life is present, they’re nice enough, but can’t really use them. I will be contacting customer support to ask for a refund or exchange.

These are the worst things ever. Have had them for less than 6 months and they are already falling apart. The battery would not last more than an hour and they sound hissy all the time. Now, the left side earbud would not produce sound unless I keep its mic tightly sealed with my finger tip. My $20 cheap earbuds are still going strong which are more than a year old. Did not have huge expectations from these either, but these fail to meet a basic usability requirement. Would not recommend.

I had a pair of 65t that failed in 6 months. Used that as an excuse to upgrade to the 75t. Imagine the disappointment when after 2 months the right bud fails (slowly, over about 5 minutes of play time). I recharge it, put it back on, 5 mins or so then the volume slowly decreases to zero. I have had failures from my Beats and my Bose, but their customer service was all about getting me taken care of. Not so with Jabra. My opinion is, listening experience with true wireless is rapidly improving, but, for me, the reliability is not there yet.
