    They started off great . They were a replacement for my AirPods Pro . The left ear bud stopped working sound wise . It functioned in all other aspects . Skipping songs , hear through mode , even pausing when removed from ear but no sound in left ear bud . Contacted customer service and did all the steps of resetting back to factory , forgetting on my device , trying on another device . Very dissatisfied and now must buy a new pair of earbuds .

    you can only use the right earbuds by it's self and would not connect for a few minutes at a time

    So please sort by least favorable and read all of the reviews that sound like my experience. I, as well, and am on my 2nd set…everything about these has great potential until one bud loses volume and you are left with only 1 really functioning. Heading back to return these for a different brand. Surprising poor quality for the price and from such a large audio company.

    Pik up experience was horrible! Best buy rep. Scanned order and didn’t speak a word and started working for others customers. I asked other bestbuy rep. for pick up and they didn’t entertain since earlier rep. Had already scanned. Three customers behind me got they order picked up by the time original rep. Came and bring my stuff. So mean person. So bad experience. I would have given-100 if option available.

    I purchased the AirPods Pro and 75t’s at the same time and tried them both out. I use headphones/earbuds with three devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook Pro) and was curious how well this would work. For my use case, the e75t’s win hands down and in many ways are better than I expected. The AirPod Pro’s went back to Apple. I ran into the serious problem reported by others where the left earbud would drop during specific frequencies in specific songs. This issue seems to have been fixed by the latest Jabra firmware update. My test song for this is “Isotype” by OMD. Prior to the firmware update the left bud would cut out on every other beat. Areas I considered: Simultaneous connection to two devices: e75t yes, AirPods no Volume controls on earbuds: e75t yes, AirPods no Battery life: e75t by a mile Water/Sweat resistance: no concern with either but e75t has better rating Fit: AirPods are lighter in the ear and a bit more comfortable. The e75t’s feel more secure, especially during activity like running. Sound: both are good, however I prefer the equalizer in the Sound+ app for the e75t. They’re a bit bass heavy for me at default so I adjusted it down Charging case: I prefer the inductive charger of the AirPod Pros but love the e75t case design Wishlist for the e75t’s - wireless charging - ability to customize button functions - ability to change the bluetooth device name - ability to use either earbud solo - ANC An issue I hope Jabra addresses in a future firmware update is that the volume sometimes randomly changes when I’m connected to two devices. Not sure what causes this, but it’s disconcerting when a song suddenly gets painfully loud.

    One Ear bud still works...

    Just over 2 weeks (Best Buy's return policy is 14 days) after getting these earbuds, the right earbud no longer produces sound. The button still works to control volume and answer calls but there is no sound. I have reset the earbuds and reset the language (soft and hard reset I suppose) and it still does not function. Very disappointed in having to work through Jabra on exchanging these instead of being able to exchange them through Best Buy.

    decent sounding headphones but the case is COMPLETE garbage, only comes with cable no wall adapter only lasted 1 fukn month and WILL NOT CHARGE at all. Keeping the case open all night multiple nights, drain headphones and recharged again only to find headphones charged and case 0% viewing through notifications menu, Sound+ app shows case gray and with no % visible. I'm not happy with this purchase and do t recommend

      a. First delete the Elite 75t from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
      1. When you reset your Jabra Elite 75t earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
      2. Press and hold (10-15 seconds) the Right & Left button until the LED flashes purple.

    I upgraded from 65 to this and everyone complained about my mic. Buy the evolve 75. Best mic if you are on phone or video

    I did 2 separate updates and resets and after every time it only got worse. Having hear through on would disconnect the left ear bud every 4-5 min or just shut off the headphones if I paused anything and turned on heat through. Then the left ear bud just stopped working so waiting on my replacement pair for about 2 weeks now

    I bought 75t last night from best buy. Im impressed by best buy’s same day delivery service. Since last night there is not even a single song I enjoyed listening from these wireless pods, left bud alway loosing sound randomly. I was a big fan of Jabra but now i think I should shift my interest from Jabra to new apple’s AirPod.

    I bought a pair, had issues with the left earbud cutting out at random times, and when using the phone, mic quality was bad since they could not hear me clearly. Exchanged them to see if I got a bad one, second pair was even worse! I would take out my ear bud, left or right, and the music would resume at a lower quality or like if you're in a fish bowl. To pricy for something with a lot of issues.
