Good product until it isn’t - Bad Warranty Support

But one day the right headphone stopped working and Jabra warranty support dropped the ball. Dragged feet and would not replace the product. Too bad. Just so disappointing that the company would not stand behind its product.

You are not able to use just the left one by itself. Second, the sound quality is subpar. I didn’t expect high quality but I also didn’t expect low quality.

Do not hold a charge after only 10 months

Great for a month.

The earbuds themselves are sleek, modern and premium to the touch. The finish in them is matte and stylist and looks fantastic in your ears. You can tell from the beginning that Jabra spent serious time and resources designing a comfortable earbud that you can wear all day. The isolation is perfect for focusing on what you are listening to, the clarity is exceptional and finally the beautiful 7.5 hours of battery is amazing! Using these buds for music is the main purpose but where Jabra excels is all the extra features. Hear-Through allows you to break that sound isolation so that you can still enjoy your music or phone conversation but still be aware of your surroundings. Perfect for in public or in an office where your attention might be needed by others. The Jabra companion app allows you to change EQ settings and even set profiles for "Commuting" so you can have your hear-through and EQ set for your daily commute. The biggest drawback from these earbuds is the phone call quality. A few times throughout a phone call the other person can't hear me very clearly. Over several days and phone calls I found myself just using my phone to my ear instead of struggling to speak to callers. I decided to try it out myself and have my brother answer a call using them. I noticed that the microphone just sounds flat, distant, unclear especially in the car. Overall: If you're using these as a means to listen to MUSIC, absolutely worth it. I am not sure where Jabra missed the quality check on call quality, but if you find yourself using headsets for calling people during commutes, you might want to keep looking.

Bad ear bugs

Not even two months and barely used; the right hear stopped working and only emits a very poor sound. Now, I am stuck with them, because it was too late for me to return them.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, I bought these expecting to return them. I’ve never found in-ear headphones that fit my ears. I tried Air Pods and Air Pod Pros, but they didn’t stay in, falling out with minor activity. But these are amazing. FIT: A+++. Like other headphones these come with adaptors to fit different ear sizes. The pre-installed worked great for me. I’ve run and most importantly hit golf clubs for a full range session and they didn’t move at all. Battery: A+...Between the battery life and recharging in the case, you can’t really expect anything more. Sound: Great sound, though I’m sure there’s better sound out there. I mostly listen to audiobooks and podcasts, but what music I do listen to is quality. The noise cancelling is great (I don’t mind that odd feeling you get when this is on). When hear-through is on (noise cancelling off) there’s a bit of a waterfall/ocean noise, but you can still hear plenty. Connection: Pairing on my iPhone was super easy with the app (more setting options in the app, too). Connection is steady up to 40’ or so buy breaks up past that. I’ve had a weird connection and needed to put the buds back into the case to “reset” the connection, but this has only happened a couple times. I’d buy them again in an instant and highly recommend.

They stay in no problem at all and the sound quality is great! Bass hits and the noise cancelling is true to its word. Haven't had any battery issues as of yet and I can't think of any negatives. If you are shopping for wireless headphones and are on a budget, go with these!
