So talking on the phone with noise in the background, the other party can hear everything that’s going on which makes for a horrible conversation.

To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Now I’m stuck with something that won’t charge. Had to buy a whole new set because the Jabra’s won’t charge. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Horrible Product

I updated them with new firmware used the app but sill could not get them to work properly.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally hopped on the AirPods Pro bandwagon, but they just didn’t work out for me. Fit was subpar—right bud kept wanting to slide out, no matter what size ear gel I used—and my ears ached after wearing for a while. Not only that, but they were hideous looking! These puppies, on the other hand, are supremely comfortable and stay put no matter what! Very minimalistic looking and don’t draw as much attention as the AirPods Pro, which I like. Sound is on par with the AirPods Pro, maybe a bit warmer sounding overall. No ANC like the AirPods Pro, but the passive noise cancelling is just as good if not better. Battery life is also way better! My only knocks would be no wireless charging case—which I can live without—and that the left bud (slave) cannot be used independent from the right bud (master)...However, Jabra has said that a firmware update in 2020 will allow them to with independent of one another! Also would have like to be able to call up Siri with my voice like the AirPods Pro, but I know Apple’s got that locked down to their products only. I can live without it in the end, but it can be convenient at times. Overall very satisfied and think these are a much better set of BT earbuds than the AirPods Pro! If you bought the AirPods Pro and are on the fence, get these! You will not be disappointed!

Stopped charging

Fit and quality issues

Excellent Wireless Earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are fantastic: compact, light, comfortable, with good sound quality and an excellent case. They pair quickly and reliably with a Pixel 3 and I haven't noticed any drop-outs or distortion in a week-plus of use. Hear-through works well and is a really easy to toggle on/off with the physical buttons. The first pair I received was defective though, so I have to dock a star. The left earbud wouldn't pair with the right correctly so the sound was either distorted or didn't play at all. Exchanged for a new pair, did the hardware update straight out of the box and then paired with my phone after that. Haven't had any issues at all with the replacement; if you're experiencing weirdness with the left earbud consider a return/refund for a working set.
