    The Jabra - Elite 75t True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are a high quality set of wireless, in ear headphones with great sound and long battery life. In my usage of listening to music and audible books and talking on the phone over bluetooth, I was able to achieve approximately 7 hours between charges. I also noticed that the call clarity was better than normal and that the Bluetooth 5.0 range was greater. Overall, I would recommend them as a high quality and easy to use set of headphones.

    Very dissatisfied. Quit charging not quite a month after purchase. Sound was distorted if volume was turned all the way up.

    Good music quality - poor call/mic isolation

    I am by no means an audiophile and listening to music was secondary to my purchase. My main reason for purchasing was for taking calls. I have the Jabra Elite 65t and was hoping this would be an improvement. Pros: very comfortable lightweight USB-C magnetic holder very good noise cancelling, even though it is passive very compact Cons: mics pick up and amplify EVERYTHING. I was on a conference call and the other people on the call thought my co-workers sitting several cubicles away were on the call as their audio came through that clearly. I did a test a couple test calls, comparing the headphones and the Galaxy S10 speakerphone to see what picked up more ambient noise for the call recipient. On two different calls to different people, both said the headphones picked up more background noise than the speakerphone did! I contacted support about the mic and their response was this is how they are designed. As I purchased these mainly for taking calls, the poor noise cancelling mic made me return them after 1 day. Depending on the purpose for purchasing these, would depend if I would recommend. If only for listening to music, they are very good. If you are planning even the occasional call, I cannot recommend.

    Terrible sound quality, let eat bud never works. I've had for about 45 days and Best Buy won't return.

    Excellent Sound Quality, Battery Life, and Comfort

    These are simply magnificent wireless earbuds for the price. I had the 65t before and those were great, but these are even better. The battery life is much improved, the charging case is conveniently sized and holds a nice charge. The sound quality for listening to music is terrific, and call quality is great both from a calling and receiving standpoint. I have had no discomfort with these at all, they fit nicely and securely through workouts as well. They are also the perfect size. I don't like the appearance of the air pods. I'm sorry but the way the air pods just stick out down from the ears like that is just silly looking. These are much more discrete in my opinion. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with these Jabra 75t buds. Also, the app is magnificent for upgrading firmware and tuning the earbuds.

      Hello Harry- Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 75t. Please reset the charging case:
      Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. 
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.
