Great ear buds with minor flaws

I'll start with the bad before the good but I've had these for about 5 months now and they've been great to me for the most part. I don't like the fact you can only listen to the right bud if you choose to just have 1 in your ear. Would've been cool if we could switch what each ear can do in terms of settings through the app. It can sometimes not charge properly or just automatically disconnect. The biggest issue for me is the crackling and popping sound that I can get from the left budat times especially if I'm laying down.... It drives me crazy. I feel as if I paid this much for these earbuds it shouldn't be having similar issues to it's previous version smh. But the app is amazing and love that you can preset your personal EQ. Also have an amazing fit and really secures in your ear blocking out most unwanted sound. If certain issues could be patched through an update would be greatly appreciated!!

    Nice headphone

So far it is very good. I like the noise cancelling features when on an airplane or in a noisy areas. Base is good and the only problem is the fitting inside the ears. A tight fit yields the best sounds. Still testing the rest, but happy for now.

    The BEST earbuds under $200

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

These are the BEST earbuds out right now under $200. The bass is AWESOME! And with the Jabra app you can customize the EQ to fit your desire. You will not be disappointed with these. They sound 100% better than the apple airpods and the galaxy buds. If you are undecided on getting the 65t or 75t... go with the 75t. I know the 65t are on sale right now... but if you can wait just up and get the 75t if money is a issue. You can't go wrong with either one... but the 75t is the better choice. I have both models and the 75t are the truth.

    Sad to Return it

So sad to had to return these!!! Absolutely absolutely amazing sound. Only reason I returned them was because it fell out the same ear on 3 separate occasions. It's way to expensive to lose!! Worth the $$$ if you dont have this issue. They need to add 2 more sizes of cushions to fit between the 3 sizes they offer and/or offer a earcuff version with all the same features. I had a cool mint color ones too!!!! Replaced it with JLAS EpicAir SportANC in a few minutes listening to samples of music & testing on a call I knew I went from a Caddy to a Pinto!!! Returning the JLAS it this week. Why torture myself any further. Researching & not finding a clear compabible alternative to Jabra 75+ Active. Sony & ProBeats don't seem to be in the same league. Not willing to go to $250 to explore BOSE. Jabra please hurry up & offer more ear insert sizes so I & possibly lots others can be happy!!! Even though I only had it for 15 days really miss my Jabra 75+ Active.

The product has good sound, but I was pretty disappointed in certain aspects. First, you cannot use the left ear by itself, only the right ear which is fine for a little while, but after a few hours at work, I need to switch to the other ear. Second, they fall out of my ear pretty easily. I have a phisical job where im constantly moving around and I have tried all 3 sizes that come with it but they all fall out of my ear. The third issue I had with my pair, is that I started to get a fuzzy connection after only being 20 feet away when this product is advertised to be fine up to 75 feet. All-in-all, its a pretty average product, and I would suggest buying a different pair.

Good earbuds just some minor problems

Honestly, the Jabra elite 75t in my opinion sound great. I’m not too picky when it comes to the wireless headphones I chose. These headphones provide an amazing base, good sound quality, nice passive noise cancellation, and other small functions that make the earbuds worth the experience. I bought them yesterday and everything seems fine but if there’s one thing that really irritates me is the left earbud. While listening to music, I constantly hear a hissing noice. The hissing noise was there before and after I updated the software. Not too sure if there’s something on my part that I can do to fix them or if the left earbud is just defective. Other then that these headphones would’ve been one of the greatest pair of headphones I’d ever own, even compared to my beats solos 2 and AirPods first gen. Just gotta get rid of that hissing noise.

Pros: Good sound quality if they fit your ears. App is easy to use. I like being able to turn them off without having to put them in the charging case. Cons: With the medium size ear tips, music sounded good while I was not moving. But I bought them to listen to music while exercising and taking long walks. When walking, I could hear every step through bone conduction, and could also hear my hat moving across the ear bud microphones. These noises were louder than the music. The problems went away when I switched to the small ear tips, but then I could not hear any bass, even if I turned it all the way up in the app. So I'm returning them.

Hello Luke, thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite 75t. We are sorry to read that you experienced some trouble finding a secure fit while exercising with your Earbuds. Due to the in-ear wearing style of your Jabra earbuds, your sound experience may be affected by bone conduction. Bone conduction is the transfer of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull. You may hear background sounds, such as your own footsteps or chewing, travel through the bones in your head rather than through the air. This sensation would be similar to hearing these sounds while using your fingers to plug your ears. To reduce the sensation of bone conduction, try a different sized EarGel to get a slightly looser fit. If your earbuds support the HearThrough feature in the Jabra Sound+ or Jabra Sport Life app, try using this setting to let in surrounding sounds. Regardless, your feedback is valuable to us. We will certainly pass this information along to the Product Development Team. We are happy to read that you are enjoying the Sound+ app, audio quality, and how you can manually turn off the Earbuds. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3lGv89b. We are here to help you! Thanks again. Jabra

Overall these earbuds are decent for the price. I upgraded from the active 65t and these have stronger bass and longer battery life. The only down side of these earbuds is I can only use the right one instead of left if I only want one side in my ear.

Solid - but not great for podcast listening

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

To give an idea where I'm coming from, I'm reviewing this as someone who listens to a lot of podcasts and less music. And for a podcast listener, these aren't that good. They're missing the key feature of being able to fast forward and rewind within tracks and not changing tracks (which just moves to the next podcast, which isn't useful). They consistently drop out and I have disconnect them from the bluetooth and then reconnect them. (This is when the phone is in my chest pocket so very close to the buds.) They're a good fit and good with blocking out sound. Music quality is good, but I'm not really the person to be judging that because as I mentioned, I listen to more spoken word.

    Comfortable but unreliable

Pro: 1: Very comfortable, you can wear it for hours specially for someone like me with small ears 2: Presence of physical button very nice 3: Conversation mode to allow noise/voice pass through is great 4: Battery life is great 5: Small charging case is great Con: 1: Unreliable connectivity 2: From time to time it will ideal out and go to sleep to save some battery but the issue is it will disconnect with the device and you are required to put it back in the case and take it out so it connects again with the device, I found that very annoying 3: You can only have it paired with one device, if you pair 2nd device you need to repair again with the 1st device. This is not okay for headphone that retails for $179.99 plus tax. 4: Even with all the pain I really wanted to keep this headphone just because it is very comfortable, than it broke on me started making crackling sound when I enable noise/voice pass through. Luckily it was still within holiday return time period so I returned it. My advise to folks who want to try it out is to buy a geek squad protection plan, something is not right with this headphone.

Hi Tihor- Thank you for taking the time to write a review on the newly released, Elite 75t. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the design of the product, battery life, side tone, secure fit, and the small charging case. We are sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with the Auto Off feature. The Jabra true wireless earbuds turn off to conserve battery. The right earbud will automatically turn off if it is out of range of your smartphone for 15 minutes, it is not in the charging case, or it has been inactive for 1 hour. The left earbud will automatically turn off if it has not had a connection with the right earbud for 15 minutes, and it is not in the charging case. To turn on the earbuds, simultaneously press and hold (1 second) the Left and Right buttons. The crackling sounds, and connection challenges you are describing is not what you should expect from the product. In the future, we kindly ask to contact our technical support team: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/Jabra-Elite-75t/100-99090000-02/contact-support. We are here to help you. The fit is very nice which is actually one of the most important consideration for me on purchasing this product. If they don't stay in my ears well then the whole listening experience is compromised. The sound then is excellent and I would highly recommend these to anyone who's looking for in ear speakers for music.

I have owned Jabra wireless earbuds for a couple years. First the 65’s, then the 65 Actives and now the 75 Elite. I can say that I wish I still had the 65’s. While the 75’s might sound better (marginally), the constant connectivity issues are a major issue. I have two constant issues 1) left ear bud keeps disconnecting. Sometimes it can only be reconnected by returning buds to case. 2) when my phone is an arms length away from buds, I get static/ cut outs. I suspect in both cases, they reduced the power (to boost battery range, and now have created Other issues). Until these issues are sorted, I wouldn’t buy these earbuds.

these are my first set of Bluetooth ear buds and was extremely satisfied with the sound quality, comfort, and battery life, but then i took them on a weekend quad ride and the right side didn't work, kind of made the ride less enjoyable. When I got home I tried them again and they worked fine until I got on the treadmill at the gym and the left side wasn't working, very frustrating! Read on some forums that you need to clean the little holes so I did and they seemed to work again, got and the treadmill and the left side didn't work or barely had sound coming out of them, if i moved it around it wanted to click on but never got it to stay on. Went on the Jabra site and followed the instructions to update but they still don't work. I guess i will be returning them. Why put a product out with known problems?

I was really excited about these as an upgrade from my Elite Active 65t's but I am sorely disappointed in a key change to the headset. I loved being able to activate hear through from the right bud. That feature is also only available when both buds are connected to one another on the 75t. This sucks because I use the right earbud alone with hear through on/off constantly while at work. Another change is the headset volume controls being omitted from the headset, I liked having that option a lot. Besides that, I enjoy the other updates from the 65t to the 75t. The improved, smaller design of both the headset itself and the magnetic charging case (with USB C!! I was so stoked for that) are amazing and I do think the passive noise cancellation was better. But the changes to hear through are an absolute dealbreaker for me. If it could be configured to be activated via the right earbud with the double press like the 65t and function while the single master earbud is in, that would make me change my mind completely. That being said I doubt that will be implemented anytime soon so I will likely return these headphones within the return window for Best Buy. :(

Hello Evan, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your Jabra Elite 75t. We are humbled to hear that you are enjoying the smaller design, magnetic charging case, and passive noise cancellation. We want to assure you that volume controls have not been omitted from the earbuds. Volume down is controlled by a long press of the left earbud, and volume up is controlled by a long press of the right earbud. You can also control the volume from the connected mobile device if using one earbud independently. At this time, the HearThrough feature can be activated in two different ways. It can be enabled/disabled via the Sound+ app, or by pressing the left earbud when not on a call. However, we are happy to inform you that Jabra is working on enabling users to be able to configure (via the Sound+ app) which earbud controls HearThrough and other functions, so stay tuned for an update in the first quarter of 2020! We want to ensure that you are having the best experience possible with your Elite 75t.
