Love the look and feel of the ear buds. Sound is amazing with the Sound+ app. Controls are easy to use. Pass through is great. My only dislike is the call quality. I can hear the person I'm talking to and they can hear me. They all say there is a white noise in the background. I have changes settings in the app for calls but no help. Really wanted these to work out. Returned several pairs of different earbuds because of background noise. Probably will return back to BB and keep looking.

So first thing first. The sound is really good. The look of them are awesome and they are smaller than I expected. I have the Samsung Galaxy buds and those are by far my favorite pair because of the comfort. The galaxy buds sound really good but they lack bass. I had previously owned the Jabra 65T but I returned them because they hurt my ears after a while and I honestly didnt think they were worth the price. I got these at a really good price and so I am happy with them however I do have two complaints. #1 they hurt my ears after about an hour use. I bought these exclusively for the gym and so I usually wear earbuds for about 1 and a half hours. I switched out the medium tips for the small and that did help but they still feel a little uncomfortable after a while. Now on to the second complaint. The app doesnt really offer much. I like it when the app has different modes to chose from this one just let's move the equalizer around and adjust it yourself. I honestly have no idea what I am doing so presets would have been helpful like with the sony and Samsung earbuds. I have only had them two days and twice the audio cuts off when watching a video on youtube. It just stops playing the audio eventhough the video continues. I'm hoping an update fixes that. So would I pay $180 for these? Honestly no. But because I got them for only a little over a $100 I cant complain too much. However, I bought these over the Sony buds because they are smaller and are sweat resistant. I have seen people with the sony buds at the gym and just like the bose earbuds they look way to big and yes I dont want to look weird when working out. So if you can get these on sale you should. They sound really good. I love the bass but the app needs to offer more especially because of the price point.

THEY FIXED THE CASE LID!! Hallelujah! Dislikes: left ear bud rattling on some songs. 2. Price. 3. Gotta order a different brand.

I'm so confused on why anyone would recommend these. The sound quality is decent and has pretty good bass, however a little shallow. The auto pause feature on these earbuds is really dysfunctional. I know that most wireless earbuds have a feature where if one earbud comes out the music stops playing, however every time I turned my head slightly the music would pause. I even downloaded the Jabra app and turned off the auto-pause mode however I kept having the same issue. I don't see these being functional for anyone who wears a mask/ wears glasses/ has hair on their head/ is moving around in the slightest. I also don't notice much of an effect with the noise cancelling. Additionally, the charging cable they included with the package is so short and impractical, no more than about 3 inches.

Headphones had phenomenal sound quality but only giving two stars because they did not last. Warranty is 2 years in these and 3 weeks after the 2 year mark they suddenly stopped working.

Best headphones for the price. I love these. Bought my girlfriend a set and she loves them. Battery life is great, noise cancelling is great as well

These earbuds would be fantastic if the left earbud wouldn't constantly cut out. When they are both connected the sound is fantastic. The fit is great. Touch buttons are soft. But the connectivity issues will make me take these back to the store if this cannot be resolved.

I bought these on sale. The sound is excellent. The controls are simple and work well. They fit snugly and comfortably for long periods of exercise.

These buds are just as comfortable as galaxy buds with so much more. The base is awesome and ability to change EQ settings any time. Definitely recommend these to everyone.

Love these earbuds, have had them for 2 years now and still work like Day 1

I'll start with the good. I'm only giving these 2 stars because they do fit very very well. Takes some trial but they stay in. The battery life is great and the case comfortable. On to bad. Very bad. The constant loss of bluetooth connection makes these unusable. Heavy forbid you turn your head 15 degrees to the right. Oh and blue jeans. Don't even try it. These have to be in an almost direct line of sight for them to work. So so disappointed. That goes for the range too. No more than 8 feet away. I'm hoping there will be an update to fix this but after a month I just can't take it anymore. These will be going back for a different brand.

I've had these headphones for a while now. The sound is great once you get a great seal. Tried both foam and silicone tips but the shifting happens when you begin to sweat. If you're not exercising, they stay put for the most part

Loved these. But they were a bit big. Traded the in for a newer pair but they were still great.

The case, charging, battery, the fit, the audio quality for music and bluetooth sync for connection is great on these. The Bluetooth range is awful. Even with a phone in my chest pocket (galaxy S9+), I get Bluetooth dropouts. First and foremost, I bought these over other models for supposed call quality. The outgoing call quality is frustratingly bad. I am frequently met with "I can't hear you" or "you sound like you're in a tunnel" from call recipients. While always an issue, I feel like the issue is worse when there is the least bit of ambient sound during call. I hope this is a correctable software issue. Please? Jabra?

Sound quality is very good. The hear-through feature works very well. Comfortable and fits well.

These perfect some of the shortcomings of the 65t. Magnet case and longer battery life. Also the base is noticibly improved. These are imo the best buds on the market if you don’t want those silly antennas hanging from your ears. These also work with two devices at once. It will switch to ative device automatically. It will not allow you to use each bud independently which sucks Becauee that can double the life of Listening time if you use one bud at a time. Overall these will be rated among the top 3 wireless buds available. Watch and see

The sound quality was the only postive. The bass was okay and the ability to control the EQ is definetly a plus. the ANC was decent but the hear through was awful. I tried to like them, but in the end their ability lacked to perform simple phone calls. I was interrupted constantly with feedback from my end as well as the person on the other line not being able to hear me.

Very comfortable, hours of battery good, sound good
