    I was super excited to get these headphones. But after updating them and firing them up, I was bummed to hear a great deal of static/white noise. I exchanged them at the store for a different pair and they do the same thing. For what it's worth, I am using them with a LG V30 phone and have no such issues with my V-Moda Crossfade II wireless headphones, nor any other bluetooth device I connect my phone to. I will be returning them next week. Which is disappointing because I like everything else about them: the price, the fit, the charging case, etc.

    I was so excited for these in-ear headphones. Only to be extremely disappointed. The sound is not good. The fit is not good. I literally moved 10 feet from my phone, the headphones went out. Seriously!!! This is Bluetooth, it should work further than 10 feet. I am so incredibly disappointed. I sat with the instructions and was working with headphones and the functions, half the time, the functions did not even work. It was a sad, sad, sad day. Do not waste your time.

    Great sound/battery, terrible everything else.

    I was very excited to get these earbuds as a friend of mine has the 65t set and raves about them. Well I can safely say that the sound is incredible and is greatly enhanced by the utilization of the equalizer settings. They also stay in my ears pretty well and only slip out when I am in the gym doing very strenuous movements. This is where the positives end unfortunately. These buds have a terrible Bluetooth connection that drops out pretty often, especially when connected to a laptop, then it is horrific. I have had several issues with the buds not charging only to open the case and find that somehow both the buds and case are dead from sitting out overnight....if the buds aren't connected correctly to charge how is the case dead??? This happened to me 3 separate times and the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app which corrected it for a few weeks until it happened again. Another issue I have had is the app not recognizing the buds and/or case for days on end and not telling me what charge they are at. It will randomly happen then fix itself, I cannot figure out why. I have contacted Jabra about these issues to which they responded once, then stopped responding after the second time. Honestly it pains me to write such a terrible review because these things seriously have the best sound out of all of the truly wireless buds but everything else is just so hard and frustrating to deal with. For $180 it is inexcusable. Also: they are master and slave so you can only use the right earbud by itself and there is no wireless charging....of course, I purchased these then literally 30 days later they released the version with the wireless charger and it was too late for me to exchange them. Do better Jabra.

    Frustrating waste of time

    I bought these to use when taking my "spirited" walk around the neighborhood for daily exercise; no jarring motion like running, but still working up a sweat. Their rating and various reviews made it sound like these buds would be up to the task. However, my experience with these buds while walking was very poor. I was playing music stored on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10, which I kept in my right front pocket while walking. Several times during the walk, the music would cut out and take a second or two to reconnect. At first I thought it may be a loose bud and it thought it was out of my ear and disconnected itself. It tried the different tips that came with the buds, but that did not solve the issue. I made sure I had downloaded the latest firmware before use, so that was not the cause. I also made sure both phone and buds were fully charged before setting out. I tried reestablishing the bluetooth connection. In the end, I assumed something was faulty with the buds so they were returned to BB. I replaced these with Jaybird Vistas and have no connection problems whatsoever using the same music device and same use conditions; the Jaybirds perform flawlessly.

    Don't fit, Sound bad, Save your money!

    I was very excited for these earbuds. The reviews and videos I watched spoke highly of them. However, they did not work at all for me. I currently have the original apple airpods and was looking for an upgrade. After just one hour of use I was very disappointed. The fit in my ear no matter the ear piece would not fit, these are so boxy and bulky in my smaller ears. Second, the sound quality is not my speed. It almost sounds grainy as if you were listening to a poor quality radio. The hear through feature is nice, but the noise cancelling is little to none. These were hard to operate especially with the app and you can't play music through just one headphone which isn't helpful. After putting these back in the box and in my bag ready to return, a faint persistent beeping noise occurred. I do not recommend these especially for the price point.

    Great earbuds

    Really great earbuds. AirPod pros hurt my ears and these are a great replacement. Only issue I have is the fact that I can’t use the left ear bud on its own. I can only use the right earbud by itself, isn’t too much of a deal breaker but just kind of annoying

    I wanted to like these. I think with proper firmware updates they can make these excellent. My firmware was 1.3.1. The good -The build and app are great. But, I had issues from the beginning. -The battery case is fairly small. -Lot of customization of buttons in the app The bad -Battery only last 4 hours while watching a tv show on low volume while working. -Phone call volume was 85 percent in the left ear. Jabra tech support had me reload firmware and try some things. They wanted to escalate but thrley have slow email support so I had returned them by that point. -You can't use the left earbud only. You can use the right one independently, though. -At first phone calls sounded like an old AM radio until I deleted then and attached them to another phone then connected then back. -They would not switch between my computer and phone. Support said they don't support computers. They say they allow 8 devices but they don't allow computers or tablets? How stupid is that!!! -Audio was decent but not great for the $180 retail price. Hissy S's a bit. Lots of Bluetooth devices do that, though. -Ambient pass through has a constant hiss noise. It drove me nuts. The idea of Ambient pass through to me is to leave it that way all day at the office or home so you can enjoy two earbuds and still hear people around you. These were annoying to me.

    Love them don’t stick out much button touch is easy 6 preset eq setting or adjust as u prefer. Can’t tell much difference between normal off and anc and transparency mode is good to hear surroundings at half volume. No drop outs so far.

    I bought these based on the numerous glowing reviews by consumers and experts alike. The hardware is very nice - it looks sleek and unobtrusive, they fit snugly and comfortably, the case has magnets to hold the ear buds and the lid in place. The sound was excellent, too, especially the ability to hear your surroundings and your own voice. I also liked pairing them with my phone and my computer at the same time. The Sound+ app was easy to use. I wanted to like these so much. But after 5 days, the batteries started to run low and the ear buds just never seemed to charge past 51%, or they will display 80% charge for a minute and then drop quickly to 20% over the next 3 minutes. Cleaning the contacts did not help. I found a few complaints online along with instructions on how to reset the case and the ear buds to factory defaults, but no luck. I tried contacting Jabra Customer Support through the Sound+ app but after 3 days I received no response. I contacted them again through the website and received immediate email acknowledgement and the next day additional instructions on how to reinstall the firmware. I tried resetting, reinstalling, and recharging 3 times yesterday and the problem persists. I will be returning these to Best Buy today since I am within the 14 day period. I'm disappointed by the premium price and brand name vs. my poor experience.

    I typically don’t write reviews but I had to with this one. The design of this product is awesome and what I see this as a very well designed wireless headset which has great features. It excels in easy connection, pairing to multiple devices. The fit is good. Not the best fit but for a small easy carry around device it does excel in its main features. It’s stays sealed during movement and activity. Blocks ambient noise passively at a decent rate. The ambient noise pass through is great. The controls are good. Packaging is good, case and charging are top notch. These were what I was looking for! However. These sound that these things produce is horrible. I can not stress that enough. These are by far the absolute worst sounding things I have ever attached or worn period. Yes they are that bad. The eq function doesn’t correct anything or undo the horrible response. It is awful. I won’t sugar coat that. I don’t care what other reviewers say. I like the design and features but by far this is the worst purchase I have made for audio ever.

    I am sure these earbuds work well for many people, but they did not fit comfortably in my ear and kept falling out. If you have small ear canals, I do not recommend these. The sound quality was nice, and I did like the features. However, I exchanged them after a few hours for the Galaxy Buds Live, which I love!

    If you want to pay $180 for earbuds that sound good just playing music, these are for you! However, voice calls are terrible and the voice assistance option might as well be a non feature as it doesn’t work at all! These will be back on store shelves!!

    Volume Imbalance Issues

    I have had these earbuds for a good 3 months now and I had no issues with these earbuds. However, I realized that the earbuds started to have issues. The right earbud would eventually get quieter than the left earbud. I would factory reset the earbuds and the problem would be fixed. However, the reset stopped working and the volume imbalance would continue. Then I stopped using the earbuds as much as I could because I thought they were broken. One day I decided to use them again and boom, the imbalance was gone. So what happened? I realized that it was because I would be on the hear-through function for too long and that is where the imbalance would occur. Jabra needs to fix this issue soon otherwise I’ll just get other brand earbuds because I wouldn’t want earbuds without a hear-through function. So whatever you do don’t stay on hear through for too long otherwise you’ll get volume imbalance.

    Love the earbuds but disappointed with Best Buy

    Purchased these in November 2019. Love the fit and feel of them but the battery life and charge time is highly degraded after just 2 months. Will leave the buds in the charging case over night but when I put them on in the morning am lucky to have them at 75%. The only way to get them to charge fully is the remove them from the case then place them back in and then maybe they will get to 90% in about 2 hours. Then repeat the take out and place back in to finally get to 100%. Also the app never shows the battery level correctly where I wear the buds for several hours and the app shows the charge still at 100%, but the bluetooth setting shows that the charge is down to about 50%. The worst part is the purchase though through Google Shopping actually was with Best Buy. Now Best Buy refuses to add the purchase to my online account with them even though my receipt clearly shows the purchase was with Best Buy. I recommend these earbuds but suggest they be purchased from any vendor EXCEPT Best Buy.

    Wouldn't hold charge.

    Wouldn't hold a charge right out the case. Same issue I had with 65T. Both lairs I returned immediately to Best Buy. Was really looking forward to trying these, but don't think it's just an coincidence that two different pairs wouldn't charge from start. Now I'm kind of staying away from JABRA BRAND.
