    Buy at your risk

Beware of Jabra. I purchased the 65t model at first. After fully charging the case and the earbuds, they would not turn on and pair. At all. I returned them and opted for the 75t, thinking I just had a bad pair and I liked the ANC feature of the 75t. These also did not work. I thought I was doing something wrong, but these were truly faulty. Both sets. The right ear bud worked intermittently, and without the right earbud, nothing is discoverable to pair. Basically, these worked 25% of the time. I'm convinced that Jabra are junk. I'm returning today and going to go for the JBLs this time around.

They didn’t create a good seal in my ear. The app was okay. The noise canceling was inferior. It also gave a feeling of pressure in my ear. I purchased Samsung's for only a little more and am very happy.

Decent set of true wireless headphones

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Great fit and super comfortable to wear. The sound quality is good but no better than something in the 100$ price range such as my previous Bose Soundsport Wireless (though those aren't "true" wireless). The dealbreaker, and reason I returned them, is the "THUMP" sound you hear from your steps while running. I believe it's referred to as "bone conduction" and results from the design of having a complete seal in the ear. Apparently this is present in many "in-ear" style headphones that create a complete seal in the ear (e.g., Apple Air Pod Pros). This effect seems to annoy some people more than others. Pretty good overall if you're not running with it and if getting the best sound quality for your money isn't the top priority.

Hello TK89- thank you very much for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite 75t, we truly appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the fit and design of the earbuds. We regret, however, that you returned your Elite 75t as a result of bone conduction. Due to the in-ear wearing style of your Jabra earbuds, your sound experience may be affected by bone conduction. Bone conduction is the transfer of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull. You may hear background sounds, such as your own footsteps or chewing, travel through the bones in your head rather than through the air. This sensation would be similar to hearing these sounds while using your fingers to plug your ears. To reduce the sensation of bone conduction, try a different sized EarGel to get a slightly looser fit. If your earbuds support the HearThrough feature in the Jabra Sound+ app, try using this setting to let in surrounding sounds. We are very sorry to hear that you decided to return your Jabra Elite 75t. We wish that you would have contacted our product support team prior to returning your Jabra Elite 75t so that we may have looked into the challenge you were facing. We hope that you will consider Jabra again in the future! We are always happy to help. Jabra

    Left earbud failure (2x)

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've now been through two sets of Jabra 75t's. The first set the left earbud did not work 90% of the time. Worked with support from Jabra and flashed the firmware multiple times. Eventually they asked that I send them back and they sent me new ones. The second set have the same problems. They (Jabra) say that I cannot get my money back since it's been more than 30-days since I purchased and received the original set. When they both work (which is rarely) they sound great, but the entire point was that I would be able to hear in both ears phone calls since I have lots of conference calls.

Stuck with these horrible ear buds

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Awful product. I purchased a pair and within a few weeks the left bud would not maintain Bluetooth connection - cutting in and out every few seconds. I reached out to Jabra to have them replaced. The same exact problem started up with the replacement pair less than a week out of the box. Now Jabra says all they'll do is replace them yet again, and Best Buy says it's too late for a refund. I'm stuck with useless ear buds or endlessly returning packages and answering customer support requests for info. Stay away!

Hi Dontbuythis- Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite 75t. We are terribly sorry to hear that the Elite 75t does not meet your expectations. To reduce ambient noise, the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. The Elite 75t earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Due to the lack of noise cancellation and the position of the microphones on the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds, some background noise is expected while you are on a phone call. The noise, however, should never be louder than you are. This is of course barring any noisy environments. We would love to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about the Jabra Elite 75t and we encourage you to contact us at your earliest convenience: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-75t/100-99090000-02/contact-support#/. Solid sound quality Solid design Hear through will pause/mute at times randomly when nothing is playing and when this happens you will immediately notice, due to eardrum pain or annoyance. Call quality is so clear that the other end will hear EVERYTHING in the background. Thinking of using these for work/business? Not a chance... At $180.00 (and i bought a set for fiance) I'm frustrated no on else has brought this up and that its even an issue.

I am about to be on my third pair of headphones. The first pair completely died in the left side. The pair I am currently using have consistant issues with the left bud shutting down after making a call or using my voice assistant. The only solution is to put them back on the charger, sometimes for hours in Hopes they will reboot. Seems to me a software issue but a big maybe this third pair they are sending will work. I am not hopeful. On top of this I have never achieved this fabled 8 hours of battery time. I find myself going back to my Jaybird X4. Though they don't sound as good they have never let me down and have a much further range

Charging case failed after 3 months

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

One of the little pins that charges the earbud stopped springing back after being pushed in by the earbud. Caused very unreliable charging. Jabra required me to ship them the case before they would ship a replacement. No thanks, it still kind of works and how long would I be without them? A more customer-focused company (like Amazon) would have shipped a new case and then charged me if I didn't send the old one back afterward. Jabra has some customer-service learning to do.

    Disappointed

As many have previously stated, the left earbud has a constant loud hissing noise. It is absolutely unacceptable. I tried everything to fix it (updates, etc.). Also, these will not even pair with my Lenovo laptop (running Windows 10). I tried all the troubleshooting as recommended. It recognizes the device but will not pair. I have bought dozens of Bluetooth devices in the past, and this is the first time a device has not even been able to pair. I have also bought many headphones in the past, even cheap $10 buds from off brand Chinese dealers on Amazon, and they did not have the hissing that these earbuds have. Totally unacceptable. I hope BestBuy will refund my order even though the packaging is slightly damaged now. I'm very disappointed to have temporarily lost $200.

Hello, I recently received Jabra 75t wireless earbuds for Christmas that were bought in December from Best Buy. However, it has been about a week now (today is January 17, 2020) that my earbuds have not been charging. In fact, the charging case is no longer lighting up when I am charging it. The only thing that happens is that even though I am charging it, when I put the earbuds in my ear it says the battery is low. I’m very confused and disappointed about what is happening because I’ve researched and researched about the best earphones for my needs and I decided on Jabra 75t.

Absolutely DO NOT buy these. You will be sitting here just like me in 3 short months upset that you wasted your money. They work fine in the beginning, but after a few months the RIGHT EARBUD specifically WILL stop working. This is a COMMON issue with these earbuds. I wish I knew this before purchasing. Do a quick online search and you will see how very unreliable the right earbud is on these things. I have had to contact support about this issue. Listen to my warning. Do not buy these.

The earbuds are great when both earbuds are working properly. I purchased the earbuds in December and by February, the sound in the left earbud was very low and with little to no bass. I contacted Jabra support and went through the resetting of the buds and updating the firmware and it worked...for a short time, but the issue just comes back. Terrible.

Usually I buy those cheap soundpeats head phones on amazon. I have never spent more than 40 bucks on headphones. They don't last the longest but they do their job. I decided to spoil my self and get some good expensive headphones in the hopes that would last longer and sound better. I'm going to start with the positive. They sound amazing, now I'm not an audiophile but compared to the headphones I usually get they are absolutely amazing. They are really comfortable, had no issues with my 4 hour work out. They stay in pretty well with adjusting here and there, which is understandable. I even put them in the wrong ear for like 40 mins and they stayed put. The only time they fell out was when I was deadlifting over 315, the vibrations when bringing the weight down caused them to fall out. But any headphone would fall out of your ear unless they had wings or wrapped around your ear. Now for the problems. They are supposed to be bluetooth 5.0. But they lose connection constantly. I could have my phone literally next to my head and they would lose connection. They are worse then the 20 to 30 dollar Chinese headphones I usually get. My soundpeats q12s have better connection then these. The sound quality doesn't matter when it's constantly losing connection. And the times it doesn't lose connection it does that thing where it's still connected, you can control the "volume", play, pause, skip, ect... but there's no sound coming through. Also the right ear bud, isn't charging or turning off when I put it back in to the case. I just bought them on sunday. They stopped charging monday night. The fact that these cost 9 to 5 times the cost of the cheap stuff I usually buy and preformed far worse is completely unacceptable.
