    These buds never fit my ears. They also often struggled to connect to each other. Ultimately after about 6 months the left bud went out completely; some light googling suggests this is a pretty common issue. Really disappointed with what was an expensive, but highly rated product.

    I hate these

    I got these so I could walk/jog with them and not have the wires hanging down. I hate them! I will return them. They work in only one ear most of the time and they skip a lot! The thing that bothers me the most though is that they fall out of my ears while I’m jogging!! They’ve fallin on the ground multiple times, sometimes I’m lucky enough to catch them. It’s a big pain while I’m trying to workout and has messed up several workouts with these stupid things. It doesn’t even tell you which one is for left or right ear so it makes it difficult to just put in your ear and the buttons are right where you need to push to insert them in your ear so you constantly are pushing the buttons also. They are kind of uncomfortable almost tight feeling, and when you step it kind of thuds in your ear which is annoying. I used to have the Apple air pods but they die so fast I wanted to try something else.

    Total junk. There's a constant hissing and the left earbud is constantly disconnecting from the right earbud. Im going to return these asap and i will not be purchasing any more jabra junk.

    Lots or problems

    When I first got these I really liked them. Now, the volume is always out of balance or too quiet between the two buds. The help instructions are what you’d expect: clean them, reset them, reset the connection. It doesn’t help. I feel like I threw my money away.

    I couldn't use these because there was no volume control, or if there is, it didn't work for me. Whenever I double tapped to try to increase/decrease the volume, it opened an app on my phone (the "Bixby" app, not sure how it's related to these earbuds). On my way back to the store to return these. Also I couldn't notice any noise canceling quality, and the audio sounded tinny, though that could have had to do with the video I was listening to. But the inability to control the volume is a deal breaker, that's actually the #1 feature I was looking for. And they feel cheap and plasticy, especially for the price.

    They won't stay in your ears.

    I suppose the sound is fine, but I lost one on my first run. I put a different size pad in them after they fell out walking. I'm very disappointed because they weren't cheap.

    Twice unlucky

    I did extensive research and decided on the Elite 75t based on a consensus of favorable reviews. The first pair I purchased had a battery issue. Within 2 weeks' time, it went from easily 6+ hours between charges to barely 4 with the same activity and volume level. I exchanged it for another pair and a different issue surfaced immediately. There's a faint white noise on the left earphone, but only on calls. It's very distracting. I have tried reconfiguring the settings and reinstalling the Sound+ app multiple times, but the noise persists. Overall, I like the product and it is well built. But for obvious reasons, I am leery about exchanging it again and risking a third strike.

    Didn’t live up to the hype

    I purchased these earbuds from Best Buy in March 2020. 13 months later and they are starting to fail. The right earbud no longer produces sound, and the left has a less-than-stable connection to my iPhone. Unfortunately, I tossed my receipt long ago so the manufacturer warranty isn’t available for me - my bad. I would have expected a $150 pair of earbuds to last significantly longer than the cheaper earbuds from other vendors, but that turned out to be a false hope. The quality and durability of the Jabras is no better than what you would get from a sub-$50 pair of earbuds. Save your money.

    Terrible call quality, cheap, overprice junk

    These are the worst, and yet most expensive earbuds I own. The phone call quality is absolutely atrocious. Time and time again, my callers tell me they cannot hear me or can barely hear me. I've checked the settings over and over again. I never have this problem with my cheaper earbuds. I have a pair of $50 earbuds that work fie but lack some of the features. The features like 'hearthrough' are great but when your caller cannot hear you, I don't care how many features the earbuds have. My wife has the same problem with her Jabras. These are just poorly made and overpriced. I hate them.

    Worthless for phone conversations

    I really wanted to like these buds, but returned them within 3 hrs of purchasing them because they are completely worthless when it comes to phone conversations. Your voice sounds like it is coming from under a pillow, yet the crinkling sound of a dogging poop bag 5 ft way sound as if the baggie is right next to the headset. The supression of ambient noise is not only non-existent, it appears as if there is actually amplification of ambient noise and supression of your voice. Wind noise resistance is nothing to write home about, it is not the worst I have seen but definitely not great.

To reduce ambient noise, the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. The Elite 75t perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Due to the lack of noise cancellation and the position of the microphones on the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds, some background noise is expected while you are on a phone call.     These ear buds will fail

    These ear buds are great for about 3 weeks. Then THEY WILL FAIL! There is no doubt about it. I have purchased multiple pair AND EACH PAIR HAS FAILED. One of the ear buds (usually the left one) will just stop working. Jabra knows this too. The worst part, THEY DON’T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! They flat out won’t respond when you reach out with this very legitimate issue. CONGRATS JABRA! You got away with ripping me off!

    Don't give as a gift unless you give the receipt

    Was good until went bad. Don't give jabra to anyone as a gift. I got mines as a birthday gift brand new and now they are not working properly and jabra won't warrant the unit unless you have the original receipt something that samsung doesn't do they stand behind thier product jabra does not. So if you give it as a gift enclose the receipt or they'll be out of luck if they need to be repaired.

    False advertising

    1. Jabra did not follow through with main reason I bought these for. They promised that we can use each earpiece independently. That is false and Best Buy still advertises the earbuds like that. False advertising. They should provide refunds. 2. BT randomly disconnects without any reason. Fully charged and phones well within range. When they work it's decent sound. Probably equal to $50 earbuds of any random manufacturer. Sorry Jabra not happy with my purchase

    Quit working and company doesn't support them

    I've had these for less than a year and need to replace them for a second time. However, because they took so long to replace the last pair and now they are not working again, I'm past the warranty and they won't replace them. They would give me 40% retail for another set, which is laughable since they have horrible quality control and don't support them when they break. Look elsewhere.

    after 2 months the right earbud stopped working - went through process to get a warranty replacement and within 4 days the left one quit working. Now they are saying that they can only help me troubleshoot and now no longer eligible for a refund It took a solid month to go through process of troubleshooting - returning - receiving a new pair. what a waste of time.

    Spend your money on something else

    I purchased these thinking they would be great hands free options. The often cut out when playing music, the audio quality is down right horrible when making phone calls. They also disconnect from Bluetooth, it's real pain to get everything working again. Do your self a favor spend your money on any other thing but this. Doesn't work with iphone or galaxy phones

    Left earbud dies -known issue

    First day I had these the left earbud went completely dead. I found many instances of this happening for others online. The unit will not reset. This happened even though I had installed the latest update 1.28. Do a search for 75t left earbud Doesn’t work, you will see others with the same issue. They were great while they worked for all of 16 minutes though! Going back today.
