    Had two pairs stop working in less than a month

    These are the worst, most unreliable headphones I’ve ever used. I have to refresh them to factory settings and reinstall the firmware almost daily to correct issues with L/R balance. And this is with my 2nd pair. The first wouldn’t charge consistently. Both pairs stopped working correctly in less than a month. Absolutely unacceptable given the price. Look elsewhere.

    Not pairing or connecting

    Bought them while traveling in the US. Never expected them not to work. Back in Shanghai now where I work and tried them out. Do not pair and connect to IPhone and Android phone. Discoverable but don't work. Can't even bit then back but disappointed to get garbage earphones that don't even work or have been tested during quality control. Last Jabra product in my life

    I bought it and didn’t opening it to two weeks later, I charged it for hours. It wouldn’t work or connect to my devices to use. I ended up having to throw it in the trash when I got denied return. I would never buy any other head phones unless it’s apple, beats, or boose.

    Charging case died after 10 months so the buds have no way to charge. Jabra support is terrible and rejected my support ticket erroneously with no way for me to re-open it.

    With in the first week of me having it it start craping out on me after 2 week the earbuds will not charge in the charge case

    No Bass, No Music

    Returned them right away. I found the sound to be muffled and tinny. I am a AirPod & BOSE user, so I’m used to good sound.
