I heard about Jabra from my brother who has been happy with a pair of the 65t’s. He’s a good judge of headphones so I waited for the next version to come out and was really excited when I bought them. The fit took a little experimenting to see what ear gels to use that wouldn’t cause pain, but once I figured it out they were comfortable and stayed in well. Today is my fifth day with them and I’m disappointed. The left earbud continually cuts out when I’m listening to music but only in specific parts of specific song. As soon as I change it to some other form of audio such as hear through or a soundscape they work flawlessly. I tried resetting the earbuds, the EQ settings, and my phone. I made sure that the firmware was up to date and that nothing in my phones audio configuration was hindering the connection or music playback. Nothing has worked to fix them. Less than a week and they are not working properly. My last pair of headphones lasted for a year and a half with constant use in rough conditions. I was kinda hoping these would too, but they are not off to an great start.

great little ear buds for working out at the gym. They fit well with optional ear pieces. They sound great and recharge in their case. I use them a week before recharging the case. I would definitely buy these again.

I like these earphones a lot. The noise cancelling is really out of this world. I feel like sometimes there is a disconnect between my devices and the earphones where it will just consistently keep pausing whatever I am playing. It forces me to have to disconnect and reconnect. I'm happy with my purchase especially because I did not pay full price. I think it is comparable to airpods

The sound you get from these headphones based on the price point is phenomenal. I doubt anything could compare at this price point. The bass has been described as heavy and too much for bass heads. I disagree I think it's perfect and have the equalizer allows perfect customization. The only reason it's a 4 star is because the call quality is terrible. It picks up ambient noise like crazy and the recipients of my calls constantly say I sound muffled.

I will say sound quality is amazing. I will warn you, your unable to use it during calls while using your Mac air laptop I’m giving it 4 stars because I was unable to use it during my online Zoom class also. The Instructor was unable to hear me clearly. It turns out it’s not laptop compatible. But it does work great with iPhone or iPad. Other than that they are comfortable to wear and battery life is amazing. Blocks out noise.

These have performed wonderfully for me. They're more intuitive to use than AirPod Pros and produce much better sound quality. Callers also comment that they hear me more clearly on these. However, callers have also commented that they hear certain ambient sounds more. Noise cancellation is nice but isn't as aggressive as I would have hoped. Occasionally I'll have problems with taking calls. If I'm in mid call and try to put these on, my call can randomly end. No wireless charging available; however, USB C charigng works smoothly. Great selection of ear bud pieces to find the perfect fit. In general, these have been a good buy and has been my best bluetooth headphone/call making experience.

Sound great, comfortable 100% case is small and magnetic. But! Amazon music the left ear bud drops in and out every 2 seconds. Like a skipping CD. Tried in different apps. YouTube way less but every few minutes the left will still drop out and right back in. I have updated all the firmware. Seems to be a common issue. They would be 5 star if it was not this irritating issue

First off I will say Jabra is the only brand I have tried - and this is the FOURTH brand I have tried, including APPLE that has both good to excellent fit and actually works after 2 weeks! My last jabras worked for 2 years, then the cover of one came off, but still was functioning. However: I'm likely now going to return these. 90% is because it doesnt have independent buttons for next and previous track and volume. Only one button on each ear bud. The right button you HOLD to start to turn volume up. If you dont hold long enough then you activated "hear through". So then you have to deactivate that and try to turn volume down again, holding same button just long enough. The right button similar, but with volume down. It's mainly the volume control that is super irritating. And then you have to double tap same button to go to next track, triple tap to go to previous. These buds do fit better than the original elite sport. But connection is not quite as good. Sound seems same overall quality. I'm assuming these have better battery life, but that's not an issue with me. Writing this I talked myself into 100% returning these and getting my previous pair of elite sport back. My actual last pair broke after two years. I had service gurantee though!. So getting full refund -- which in end will pay for the next pair.

Good Bass, Noise Cancellation The case might get a little dirty with ear wax :P Better than Airpods that I have used in the past, connects well with two devices (sometimes there is a glitch but nothing that hampers it's performance). Rating it higher than Airpods as I prefer more bass and something that doesn't pop outta my ear. So far my experience has been good.

I have to say it’s over all a pretty good purchase. Got these for my brother and seems to love them, uses them for hours on end so they last pretty long battery wise. Gave it a 4/5 because they are pretty pricey but seems worth the investment. The downside to these is def that when I try calling him to lunch or dinner he cannot hear a thing through these so they weren’t kidding with the noise cancelling.....

I have been through so many sets of earbuds from 40-350 dollar ones... I even tried the elite 65t and wasn't impressed... These are a whole new ball game and I love it. They are loud in fact I had to turn then down but that's a + for me. Deep deep bass so awesome! They are smaller the case is better and smaller and there are now magnets in all the right spots. These are a must try! Only thing that would make this better would be qi charging! ~g

I typically despise in ear headphones (don’t fit comfortably, fall out, sound quality isn’t as good) but these are pretty great. I got them cause wearing beats at work looks like you’re not working at all… I dig the hear through feature so you can still know what’s going on around you. The ability to hear yourself talk on a call is cool too (drastically reduces the likelihood of being that guy yelling in public). I also like that there’s an option to only wear one earbud and still have complete functionality- I just wish that it could be either one (as it stands, it only works with the right one solo)

The ear buds do cancel much of the ambient noise from around you while you are listening and exercising on a treadmill. The charging container has a long lasting charge retainer itself. We haven't had these for too long, maybe 2-3 months and are very satisfied with the product. That's the reason for four starts vs. more. We just haven't had them long enough to see how durable they are.

These earbuds are amazing. I was looking for an alternative to the AirPods Pro, and these have delivered in more ways than one. They sound amazing, the app is awesome for customization, and the icing on the cake? They just sent out an update that provides Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), for free!! Sure, it doesn't have a dedicated ANC chip like the brand new just released Elite 85t (it is software-based), but how many other manufacturers would provide their customers with an update like this instead of making you buy new earbuds? Bravo, Jabra!
