I was very excited to get these after listening to my sister's Active 65s. After going through the update process, I fired them up and...static. Lots of static. Actually, it sounded like the white noise I sleep to, so I made sure that app was closed. Still the static. Thought it might be due to the Hear Through feature so I turned that off, but no luck. I went back to the store and exchanged them for a different pair, hoping it was just a one-off problem. Unfortunately, the second pair had the same issue. I wanted to try out some of the other features, so I wore them around the house while I was doing chores. Pretty soon, I noticed a fairly regular disruption to the Bluetooth connection. They always reconnected, but it was frequent enough to mention here. I am using a LG V30 running Pie. I do not have these issues with my V-Moda Crossfade II wireless headphones, nor any other Bluetooth device I connect my phone to. I am awaiting Jabra's support feedback, but at this point I am inclined to return them. On the plus side, they do sound great (crank it up and the static is not too noticable) and I like the app that allows you to adjust the EG. I have not tried using them with phone calls.

I was forced to upgrade from my 65t because my dog mangled them up just after a couple of months! But l was glad to get my hands on the upgrade because of the improved sound, fit, size and App utility. And l intend to keep an eye on these for longer use too!

First, let's get to what you want to know most: These sound GREAT. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is an occasional but annoying tendency to disconnect or refuse to connect to Bluetooth. This is fixed by un-pairing and re-pairing, but when it happens in the middle of yard work or a workout, it gets annoying fast. All of that aside, I would rather have the superior sound I get from these than the more reliable connectivity of my old earbuds, which didn't come CLOSE to sounding as good.

Bought the earbuds expecting them to be uncomfortable. That was not the case and the sound quality is amazing for both calls and music! My only con would be that pairing is a bit awkward. It's possible but you will start cursing at one point. I'm happy!

Love the sound. I just returned a much pricier set and honestly these fit and sound just as good. Functions are what I expected at this price point. Listening to them now and really impressed.

I have used these almost every day since getting them. The sound is great and the Hear Through feature is great at work and the gym. Don't know why I waited so long to get a pair of these.

These earbuds have a really nice fit and sound. The connectivity is great and it never drops. You can customize the music equalizer with the Sound+ app. The ANC is also available now with the latest firmware update and works well.

excellent noise cancellation. Bluetooth connection can be choppy at times with the phone in the pocket.

My son preferred these over the AirPods. He says they are much more comfortable. Got them for his birthday and he Uses them everyday. I can say they are noise canceling bc he can not hear anything I am saying if he has them in. Lol

Good earbuds with great sound and comfort. Minor issue with sound skipping when phone in pocket, rarely happened.

Solid ear buds and a significant improvement from the 65t model. I have small ears and the more compact construction of these earbuds is much more comfortable for me. Solid sound quality and microphone pick up. Filters out a lot of background noise for clearer voice quality for those listening to you speak. I use these for zoom classes and phone meetings. Also the charging case is a huge improvement from the 65t model. More compact, sturdy construction with a hidden magnetic closure. It was worth the investment. If you’re used to the convenience of Bluetooth pairing with AirPods, I’d say the only downfall of these Jabras is the inconvenience of pairing with devices. Not impossible but not as intuitive and effortless. Also requires a supporting app to customize button functionality.

I purchased these as soon as they were available and used them with an android phone and an ipad for 3 months. The sound quality, noise cancellation, battery life, and call quality were all fantastic. However, 3 weeks ago I started experiencing an issue where there was an audio imbalance between the left and right earbuds. The right earbud would get quieter and quieter over time until you couldn't hear anything unless the volume was turned all the way up. This of course would make the left unusable because the volume would be so loud it would blow out my eardrum if I left it in. I did extensive troubleshooting on my own and the issue did not get any better, so I opened a support case with Jabra. After a few conversation over the course of a week, they sent my case to Tier 2 support. I didn't hear from them for about a week, when they finally reached out and told me there was a firmware update addressing my issue. I updated the firmware on my earbuds and they were fine for a day before the issue returned. I updated Jabra on the issue and asked about a replacement set and referenced the warranty, but have not heard anything back from them since.

Hubby use to have a different brand that hung around his next. He upgraded to these after much research. They are really small and easy to be mobile with. Charging is quick and easy. They come with multiple rubber plugs and sound quality is good.

These have all the features except wireless charging and hot swapping . The sound is awesome, deep bass. They have an EQ that gives you options for tailored listening. Update gave it ANC. These are one of the best out.

More on the pricy side, but it’s totally worth it. I dropped them a few times. Held up great and no damage was taken. Very comfortable on the ears too. The sound is by far the best out there. Apple AirPods can’t compete with these!

I'm very please with my 75t. I had it for a few months now and they are excellent. The Good: quality, sound & durability. The Bad: the 3 tap repeat command sometimes don't work n I wonder why & a rare drop here and there but not much.

Good sound and great battery life. Wish they actually made it so you could use either ear piece alone like they said they were going to. That is really the only complaint about them that I have.
