Didn’t work well when trying to use with tools, mower and weed eater. Would cause the sound to go in and out. Maybe the vibrations?

Regarding the challenge you have described with your headphones intermittently dropping audio, could you please confirm if this occurs in all locations, or only in some environments, especially indoors? True Wireless headsets using Magnetic Induction technology can experience interference between the earbuds in environments with very high electronic noise. Any True Wireless headset will be vulnerable to this to some degree, depending on the environment. Using only one ear piece the volume is very low. You can use one ear piece for calls but only the right ear piece works for this and the volume is too low.

Okay for listening to music, not phone calls.

However when making phone calls, the call are not clear and voice volume is very low. I had several people tell me to speak up because they were not able to make out what I was saying.

Good but sometimes fall out of ear

I know not everyone has that problem, but it's been a real issue for me with wireless headphones.

The audio quality is far superior and the ANC is on par, or slightly better. The overall package is an obvious and pronounced upgrade. The controls are taking me some time to gain muscle memory but I'll be there soon. The case holds multiple charges, is compact and durable. The app is a nice complement as it is intuitive and provides cool features, like the find-my-buds and an EQ. As a general statement, I would highly recommend.

Decent headphones terrible range

So if you’re on top of your phone it’s totally fine but if you don’t want to have your phone in your pocket these won’t do you much good. Pretty bummed considering the steep price tag.
