The left ear bud not working. Firmware update suck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even since I opened the left ear isn’t working and when I tried to update the firmware hoping it would solve the issue, the firmware update is downloaded. After that I see a message that it is automatically update when you keep the earbuds in case and lock and nothing happens after that. Tried updating this for more than 24 hours but no use. The customer support is not responding. Stay away from this

Great option for wireless earbuds

The previous generation were pretty good too, so you know you're getting good quality earphones. They're very comfortable, and sound great. There is a lot you can customize in the free app, and I love using one bud just as much as two. The only drawback is that you can only use the right one when you want to use one bud, but the battery is pretty stellar so it's not so bad because it doesn't get uncomfortable. It charges quick too. I've recommended them to my brother so I'd recommend them to online strangers too.

I actually returned these for the active model because they are more water resistant. If you don’t need the water resistance, these are a fantastic.

Other than that I don’t like it, it’s not as loud as it’s the 65’s also doesn’t have voice commands like the previous version really disappointed, and lastly they cut the size down so it doesn’t fit in my ear properly even with the largest buds

The Elite 65t and Elite 75t are both use Bluetooth 5.0, can be connected with up to two devices simultaneously and are compatible with Jabra Sound+ app, where you can customize your sound settings for calls and music. The Jabra Elite 65t has up to 5 hours battery life on a single charge, with two additional charges available in the charging case for a total of up to 15 hours. The Jabra Elite 75t, on the other hand, has up to 7.5 hours of battery life on a single charge. The Elite 75t charging case is also home to an additional 20.5 hours of battery life, for a total battery life of up to 28 hours. The Jabra Elite 75t is also 20% smaller than the Jabra Elite 65t for a more secure fit. Both are IP55 rated, so they have some water-resistant properties but are not waterproof. Jabra - Elite 75t True Wireless Noise cancelling

I would recommend to anyone with a budget .

The only disappointing part is that after I downloaded the software and everything, I found out the hard way that these Jabra's will not read out your text messages. Contracted customer service and while they were nice, BUT, all they could say was "we'll consider adding that feature in future upgrades.
