When you play music, the sound is amazing, better quality sound quality than the airpods pro. Also the noise reduction is awesome. Just so disappointed that these nifty ear headphones kept dropping while I was on conference calls both from computer and iPhone. Might work for someone else, just not for me.

When they work as intended, they're great. But there are quirks that get in the way such as one bug not playing, being quieter, etc.. Usually putting them back in the case and back out is a quick fix.

Wow these have amazing sound for buds. It is to bad the case wont allow for wireless charging.

Even after trying all the included ear tips, I could only wear these for 30min-1hr at a time. There also seems to be a light white noise ring in only the left earbud-- which was somewhat annoying. Planning on returning them.

The Jabra Elite 75t was designed to fit most ear sizes and shapes. We appreciate that you have tried all of the provided ear gels supplied with the Elite 75t to find the best fit. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Would you mind posting a photo wearing the earbuds? This feedback is valuable to us, and we would like to pass it along to our product development team. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. When I was jogging one fell out of my ear and managed to catch it before it went down a drain. Walking would be great but definitely not jogging or workout.

I hope that Newer models will have the afore mentioned feature. That is why i gave them only 4 stars. The fit is also great being that I have a smaller ear canal. They have multiple sizes included in the package.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a quality pair of Bluetooth earbuds for all-around usage and after all of these glowing reviews, pulled the trigger on these. On a good note, sound (in terms of music) is very good. The passive noise cancelling is good (but passive noise cancellation just means you’ve jammed something inside your ear canal). Sadly, call quality (which was a requirement for me) is exceptionally bad. People on the line with me can hear everything going on around me while my voice gets drowned out making the calling function unusable. I get that the microphones are not a boom-style which would give the best noise cancellation, but I expected something more than nothing at all. Will be returning these for something that works.

We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the audio quality and the passive noise cancellation of the Elite 75t, but we regret that you experienced challenges with them while on a phone call. This is certainly not what we expect. Since the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds only feature passive noise cancellation, some background noise is expected while you are on a phone call, however it should never be louder than you are. We wish that you had contacted our product support team prior to returning your Jabra Elite 75t so that we may have addressed the challenge you are facing with them on phone calls. We hope that you will consider Jabra again in the future.
