Then the left earbud disconnected and wouldn't reconnect to the right (only the right earbud actually connects to phone, rendering the left eaebud useless). I had to work with tech support to hard reset it. It worked again for about another month until the left earbud began slowly losing volume until it would eventually stop working. Filed a warranty claim with Jabra and they have had my earbuds for over a month now without any sense I will be getting them back. I highly recommend you go to a more reputable brand that has the ability to build functional equipment. Jabra is not that brand.

It works well and not as expensive
