Weird and Limiting Design Choice

That alone makes this an inferior product.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are many good things that can be said about these headphones, and they need not be repeated because they are advertised qualities, but there are a few issues that many users will notice (and some might not tolerate): 1) Crackling in the left ear bud, especially when listening to speech. The firmware update reduced the issue but did not eliminate it. 2) The battery life is shorter than claimed, at least for my pair of buds. I'm lucky to get 6 hours with ANC on. Also, I've noticed that the battery life is shorter when connected to my computer instead of phone. 3) Related to point 2, the right ear bud runs out of battery faster than the left one, due to the inherent hardware configuration (i.e., the right one is the master, the left one slave) of the pair.

Best for video conferencing.

I use them mostly for standard and video conference calls. They don’t stick out like “white earrings” during video chats.
