Bad Connection - Wouldn't Buy Again

While the sound is great, the connection is horrible. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e. They work great when I'm at the office and keep my phone on my desk and stay close to it. As for wearing them on a walk outside, the connection is horrible unless I hold my phone up closer to my chest. I can't have my phone in my hands down by my side. I also can't use them in a gym working out, as again, the connection cuts in and out and is very bad.

I highly value true wireless that are waterproof so I will probably get the Jabra Elite Active 75t. I am seriously not a fan of not been able to use the left ear bud independently of the right ear bud. It's an absolute abomination in engineering design. It's absolutely impractical and dictatorial. FREE US JABRA! But honest I have so much good things to say about these product, I just don't appreciate this one flaw or con.

Volume issues

So I exchanged them for a new pair. I had the Second pair for approximately 6 months unfortunately the volume started to sound low in my right ear. I don’t know if the recent update had something to do with low volume. I tried resetting the ear buds several times without any success. The low volume was driving me nuts. Plus Jabra is not going to release an update to let the left earbud operate independently. Luckily I purchased the product protection plan. So I decided to exchange them for another brand. I would not recommend this product.

It is unfortunate that you are having trouble with the sound quality of the replacement Earbuds you received. We kindly recommend reloading the firmware in the Sound+ app. Please follow the guidelines that we have provided to you below:
In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice Guidance Language, select the current language of the earbuds, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the download and installation. After this process is complete, please test to see if the challenge with your earbuds persists. May try to connect to the exercise watch rather than the phone.

The Jabra Elite 75t has an IP55 rating which indicates it is dust resistant and can resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing challenges with the connecitivity between your Elite 75t earbuds and your smartphone; this is not expected behavior from the device. For optimal performance, we recommend wearing your mobile phone on the right side of your body or within line of sight. You will get better performance when there are no obstructions between your headset and your mobile phone. Furthermore, the Jabra Elite 75t is designed and engineered to provide sound quality for calls and music listening. It is optimized to be used with other Bluetooth devices such as smartphones and tablets.
