I really wanted to keep these but they also kept falling out even when put in appropriately. I finally "anteed" up and purchase the noise-cancelling Apple Pros. The noise-cancelling in the the Jabra seemed to work but not all the time...maybe it is how I touched the button in the earpiece...not sure but was frustrated. Oh, and another thing, the right ear seemed to go in and out of usage-only had them for 30 days when I realized they just were not for me.

To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Minor hiss sound when noise cancellation was on. Very uncomfortable for my ear size. Could not use it for more than an hour of continuous listening.

Had to return due to the left earbud not connecting via Bluetooth. New set connected but left bud volume would be lower than the right when the battery was lower. I have a pair of the 65t and haven't had either of the problems.
