Which is why I am even giving them stars... BUT! They don't work with your computer. I mean, they might sometimes work when paired with your computer. They did for me for 2 months and then all of a sudden they stopped working with my computer. They continued to work with my phone and tablet, but not the computer. APPARENTLY... Jabra says online that they wont work with your computer because the software was not designed to work with it. So THESE ARE NOT GOOD FOR WORK FROM HOME PURPOSES.

And when I use them for a phone call it sounds like I am standing in a tunnel. I do love the product but these couple of things were the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

The new magnetic case is a huge plus, earbuds snap right in, and also is less subject to the oils on your fingers. I wash my hands religiously, but that case got so shiny for some reason. The new one is a nice matte finish and way less obtrusive. Music quality has been improved tremendously over the last model.

The audio is not bad, but since these could not be held tight enough in my ears, the quality suffered. I tweaked the EQ on the app to compensate, adding all the low end, most of the low mid, pulling out all the mid 'honk', and losing a couple of db of high mid and highs, and that improved it, but there is not enough level for the audio to be immersive. At least there were no dropouts, but even using the foam Comply tips, these did not cut it either. returned also. I think Bluetooth tech has a way to go before it can match wired in any sense. I am demanding, I'm a live concert audio engineer originally, and my listening pleasure is dependent on the music being richly immersive and high level.
