The only area I'd like to see improved is the "hear through" option. I'm not sure if that option is working correctly or not.

The fit is good did not coming out of my ears once Charging case is smaller than most Cons Constant static especially after an update was a huge problem Battery life varied after updates which was quite annoying Sound was only ok not especially great compared to something like the Jaybirds vista, Airpods or Samsung Galaxy buds + Call Quality was especially abysmal with it sounding like you had a loud speaker in your ear instead of an actual phone

Fits well, solid build quality and reasonable price. The large physical buttons provide much better tactile feedback than touch controls. A bit too much bass for me though. Among all the headphones that I have owned (airpods pro, airpods, mpow x3, ticpods, aukey ep-n5) this is the pair I'm going to keep.

They were excited and immediately started to use them. Within 20 minutes they were complaining that the sound was cutting out. I took a listen and found that the left ear bud would cut out for about 1/2 of a second every 20-30 seconds. We had already updated the firmware and other attempts to fix it failed. Back in the box they went and they will be returned.
