The ANC works okay but the sound isolation and wireless feature is what she likes best.

Only complaint is that if you want to listen with just one earbud it has to be the right. Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient sometimes.

However, it’s just turn out to be a earbuds not for me since it can’t fit into my ear and even hurts my ear when I wear it over a long time.

He had the other version and decided ro upgrade due to the noise reduction frature and he love it. He also like that the case have a magnet and door won't open easily as per the othe one.

In order to used your warranty you have to email and jump though endless hoops. Great headphone is you plan on buying another pair in 6 to 8 months

I love the new tracking feature within the Jabra app that shows your earbuds last location. I have to say out of all of my earbuds Jabra has the best headphones app.

Smaller, so I had to get use to the different size, but the controv via the buds was more user friendly and 'Hear thru" option is nice.

It's annoying to have the music break up every time I move my head or my hand. Sound quality is decent as long as there is no movement.
