The earbuds have a nice solid feel. The case is solid and has a nice texture for easily gripping. The sound quality for voice and calls is excellent.

I read other reviews also claiming the bass on these earbuds is overkill and they were right. It’s nice to turn up with some extreme bass sometimes but other times your just chilling and you need a pair of earbuds you can mellow out with. The next version of these is much more balanced.

Buds are comfy and are secure in my ear. When they work as intended, they're great. But there are quirks that get in the way such as one bug not playing, being quieter, etc.. Usually putting them back in the case and back out is a quick fix.

The best earbuds on the market. The noise cancelling is really superior to other products and the vocal quality is only limited by the network provider

I was gifted AirPods and Jabra’s for Christmas. For me the Jabra true wireless earbuds surpass the AirPods. I also have smaller ears, which make the AirPods a little uncomfortable to wear.

Great sound quality and now with ANC option as well. Black color suits everyone even with a suit. Great passive noise cancelling and sound quality along with phone calls.

Easy to use and works well with android. Pairing is easy and works with one too. Hidden in plain sight, does not come out like other brands and battery lasts long

So far, my son is loving them. He uses them for everyday listening, as well as for running. He says that they fit well and has never had a problem with them falling out.

for me, it just falls a bit short on the sound quality, don't get me wrong, the sound quality is better than most but it's not as good as the 300-500 dollar ones and that's the only reason it gets one star taken off, almost not fair. I have nothing but high praises for these, the connection range is so good and everything just works as advertised, I am a big fan of things working as advertised.

Needed a upgrade from my 1st gen AirPods without spending pro money. These are great the sound is better then I expected and the app helps make my music sound the way I like it.

If you are not an iPhone user, then these earbuds will be a good option.

Hi, I have been using these for almost 4-5 months now. This is my third pair and I have returned my first two pairs as the exchange process with Jabra was not easy. The only thing that kept me going back to these was audio quality. Man, it is awesome. The major issue I had was a constant static noise from the left earbud while on calls. I contacted Jabra many times and they kept telling me they are aware of the issue and working on a software update. I patiently waited for many months and recently the software update arrived which eliminated the noise. But the connectivity got worse. These abruptly get disconnected while on a call or listening to music. I have tested these on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Note 10+, iPhone 10s, iPhone 11pro max, and the issue remains the same. I again contacted Jabra and they told me they would only do an exchange which I'm pretty much sure will not solve the problem as the previous two pairs that I had have had the exact same problem. Please do not pay a premium price and waste your hard-earned money on this product. They clearly released it without proper testing and I'm confident that you will repent for buying these except for the sound quality. Their customer care is prompt but absolutely of no use. Thanks.

They serve their purpose! in terms of sound and comfort they are very good. They have their pros and cons but in quality and price they are perfect
