Had to return due to the left earbud not connecting via Bluetooth. New set connected but left bud volume would be lower than the right when the battery was lower. I have a pair of the 65t and haven't had either of the problems.

I read great reviews and liked the midpoint price. Quickly the sound quality deteriorated. When I had the earbuds in, the volume would slowly decrease without any volume adjustment on my devices. The left bud stopped working all together. I followed all the Jabra suggestions, and the issue persisted. Ended up buying a different brand and have not had an issue. Not worth the price.

Bad Connection - Wouldn't Buy Again

While the sound is great, the connection is horrible. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e. They work great when I'm at the office and keep my phone on my desk and stay close to it. As for wearing them on a walk outside, the connection is horrible unless I hold my phone up closer to my chest. I can't have my phone in my hands down by my side. I also can't use them in a gym working out, as again, the connection cuts in and out and is very bad.

(I had to change the earbuds to a bigger size so they actually fit in my ears, but that wasn't a problem) The only problem was the battery, on the box it claims: up to 7.5 hours but I never got that much even without ANC or HearThrough and just using off it would only last 5.5 hours and with ANC or hearthrough on it was barely up to 5 hours. The jabra website wasn't very helpful, it just recommend to update it ad a few other things, none of which helped at all, and at the end of it all it just recommend to send them to jabra to fix them, so I just returned them about a week after I bought them.
