Left earbud sound output issue

They worked well and sounded great. I had no complaints. I would use them all the time. However, in the last few weeks I have been having issues with the left earbud not producing sound or producing very faint sound compared to the right earbud. This seems to be a common issue with others, and it's unfortunate that I'm not experiencing it too. I have done all of the suggestions I have found on the internet from jabra and other sources, to no avail, including resetting, re-pairing, uninstalling/reinstalling sound+, performing language update, ensuring the case and buds are fully charged. For about 5-10 mins the left earbud sounds fine, then power output of noise starts to fade. I'm not sure if it's a component in the hardware that is failing, or if it is something to do with the software. But this shouldn't be happening after such a short time with the headphones, and because it seems to be a common issue, I think Jabra should do what they can to correct this. I was very happy with them, until this started to happen and I wasn't able to fix it.

Favorite feature by far the dual connect portion. The hang up that had me sending them back was the static that I got with certain frequencies in the left earbud.
