Disgusting customer service

Company is more worried about collecting a membership than to service customers who don’t have a plus membership. I bought a pair of headphone less than 30 days ago. I filed a claim with the manufacturer and they recommended for simplicity and quicker replacement to return to the store. At the store I Was told because I wasn’t a plus member I only had 15 days to do a replacement. And that the system couldn’t do a replacement beyond the 15 days. But the system could if I paid for a membership?! I showed the manager the email on the warranty claim and her response was it read for a quick and easy return of that we need to do the return. Really ?! What is wrong with servicing the customer for free. I love the headphones and definitely will get a replacement so if you reading this review on the headphones they are great I use them for running in all elements. They just had a glitch which does happen. Jabra customer service is exceptional.

Excellent headphones would recommend

There is a delay on blue-tooth when connected to a laptop.

I keep coming back to Jabra

Tried the Beats Fit Pro and they are good but not comfortable long term. The fit and finish on the Jabras are awesome.
