Nice earbud… I use it while I am swimming, it's waterproof…

Sound often only in one earbud. I have to set both earbuds back in the case and start again. They are not as secure as my previous jabra.

Good ear buds. Only issue I have, not products fault, is it falls out my left ear.

These are a replacement for ones that were lost. These have worked well in the past!

I used it for half a year, with the iphone. Many times, the person I'm speaking to on the phone would say can't hear me, voice is very soft. Every time I put the buds away into the case, my iphone would still stay linked to the bud and I can't hear audio from the phone speakers, click sounds, rings, I have to manually switch audio output back to iphone.

The Jabra Elite 8 Active earbuds are great, true wireless earbuds. Following are my observations after testing and using them for several days: - The earbuds come nicely packaged with intuitive, easy to follow instructions. They quickly and easily connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth. - These earbuds are great for any type of activity, as they are fully dust and waterproof, with an IP68 rating and the case has an IP54 rating. Great protection against sweat, dust and rain if using outside or exercising with them. - I think they are a nice looking pair of earbuds. They are low profile so you can't see much of them from the front view. The case is a nice small size for carrying in a pocket also. - They come with small, medium and large gel tips and are made with what Jabra calls ShakeGrip. I use the medium tips and feel like they are nice and secure and fit well in my ears. I can shake my head and jump up and down and they don't move. These earbuds are very comfortable and I can wear them for an entire day of work. - They have Adaptive Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). They auto adjust the noise cancellation based on surroundings. Of course, over the ear headphones will give better ANC, but for a set of earbuds, I feel the noise cancellation is very good. You can do one click to switch between ANC and hear-through modes. - You can download the Jabra Sound+ App for a variety of additional controls and features. This is a very useful App with a lot of nice added features. You can see the battery life of the earbuds and case, switch between ANC and hear through modes, turn on/off the Spatial Sound for media setting, use an equalizer to choose between 6 preset EQ settings, create custom EQ settings, turn on and switch between a dozen soundscape background noises like ocean waves and other noises, update firmware, customize a number of audio, call and general settings, choose a voice assistant, enable Spotify Tap for instant access to Spotify, utilize Find my Jabra to locate missing buds, access online manuals and FAQs and a number of other features. - The Dolby Spatial Sound for Media setting can be used to optimize and provide lifelike sound for streaming, gaming, etc. I personally like the sound of music better with this feature off, but it is good for other types of listening. - I love the equalizer feature. It has a 5 band equalizer. You can switch between preset EQ settings such as Neutral, Speech, Bass Boost, Treble Boost, Smooth, and Energize, but it also gives you the ability to add custom EQ settings and save/name them for future use. It really makes a difference and allows me to set up the sound I like best for whatever I am listening to. - The earbuds can also be controlled by clicking on the buttons on either ear. You can play/pause music, answer or hang up phone calls, switch between ANC and hear-through modes and adjust volume. These controls are all very easy with simple clicks on the surface of the earbuds. - When using them for phone calls, I can hear the calls very clearly and I'm told by the people I've talked to that they can hear me just like I was talking on the phone. I can also use just one earbud at a time for calls or other listening, if wanted. - For me, one of the most important things with earbuds is the sound. The sound is great! I feel these are some of the best sounding earbuds I've listened to. I have tested them out with a variety of music genres, loud and soft music, acoustic or hard rock, male and female singers, etc. They sound great no matter what I play. I can also use the equalizer to adjust for specific types of music if I want to. - The earbuds play for 8 hours on a full charge and 32 hours, or three additional full charges from the case. They come with a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging. The Jabra Elite 8 Active earbuds are simply great earbuds and provide all the features, quality sound and comfort I could want in true wireless earbuds. I highly recommend them.

Fit was good. Sound quality was solid, although not what I had experienced with past Jabra models. However, there is some sort of compression built in or I got a bad set because no matter what song, everything had ducking issues. Volume levels fluctuated nearly with the tempo of the song. Returned within about 3 hours.

Bought for husband's bday gift in March 2024. Mid November 2024 the left bud started making static noises. He's tried various things to fix it but it didn't work. Looking to get a new set. He does like these so we'll probably try this set again and hope for the best.

Horrible. I’ve own them for like 15 months and one of the earbuds aren’t working.

Worse connectivity ever! I have experienced frequent disconnects while talking on the phone. Just terrible I also have the Elite 7 Active and the version 7 was excellent. These earbuds disconnect during phone calls constantly!

I'm picky about ear buds, and I've tried a lot of them, so five stars to me really means something. These are, hands down, the best ear buds I've used to work out in. Yes, I have some higher end ones that aren't really designed for workouts, but even against those, the sound quality and noise cancellation on these Jabras holds up. When you combine that with the water (sweat) resistance and the stability in your ears while moving around, it's an unbeatable workout combo. If there's one nit to pick, it's that I don't necessarily want to pause my program when I take out one bud to wipe some sweat away, but even that feature will seem like a large positive to some users. And it doesn't just pause your music (or TV show if they're linked to your Apple TV) when you take out one bud. It also switches the other bud to ambient sound pass-through because it assumes you might be taking out one bud to hear what's going on. Then it switches back to noise-cancelling when you put the bud back in. And make no mistake, you won't hear what's going on around you when these are in and noise cancelling is turned on. It's like the floor fan doesn't even exist, let alone is blowing air past you on high. It blocked out all but the highest register of sound coming from the rowing machine. Other than the sound coming through the buds, the loudest noise was my own breathing. You know how when you're snorkeling, the water mutes everything and makes your breathing sound loud in your own ears? That's what it was like. The sound was great right out of the box. Good response across the entire dynamic range, and plenty of volume on the low end, which can make or break ear buds in my opinion. Completely stable in your ears during any range of motion I encountered, and very comfortable. These would be perfectly fine as your everyday set of buds, but you can't beat them for working out in.

Made my ears hurt after an hour and fell out when I chewed food or gum.
