I got these ones and instantly could tell a difference. The sound is so clear and the ability to change the levels through the app is amazing too. Definitely a recommendation to buy!

The sound quality is very good, no complaints there. But the ANC is terrible compared to the 7s, it is also not adjustable or customizable like the 7s were. No clue why Jabra thought this was a good idea. I also feel as if the fit isn't as tight or sexure either.

Decent Quality, ANC not so great

Great exercise headphones

Fall out no matter what.

I’ve tried twisting them, I’ve tried all the inserts. I CANNOT keep these from slipping out under any circumstance whatsoever. I can be sitting completely still and they’ll come out, you can forget about exercising. The Bose SoundSport and Dre FitBeats are light years better than these IMO. These things have frustrated me to the point that I’ve almost stomped on them in the middle of the flow before. I would not recommend these whatsoever for anything active.

Only one side works.

Horrible service and design

Jabra's solution is to give me 32% off old products that are already on 30% discount, and these discounts can't be combined. Shout-out to Jabra for their broken pairing design and only solution is a 2% discount off buying another one of their terrible products.

Didn’t work well with IPhones

On new buds couldn’t get voice commands to work. Contacted Jabra support who were no help!! Multiple support tickets issued. Tried unsuccessfully on both my wife’s and my iPhone. Finally Jabra concluded IPhones were the problem. Returned buds. Exchanged for Beats which worked seamlessly.
