Sound quality is fantastic when dialed in to your personal profile. Hear-Through mode and ANC even work great underneath a beanie or ski mask, believe it or not. Zero scratchy feedback like I anticipated from the fabric making contact with the headphone’s microphones. 2 thumbs up from this picky consumer!

Finally an earbud that does the job

Excellent soundstage along with superb articulation of instruments. I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum 2s and there was no comparison. Finally an earbud that can deliver. The ANC is superb and does a excellent job of eliminating movement noises typically associated with standard noise isolated earbuds that merely block out ambient noise.

Seriously love the 65t's for being very balanced sounding and a great fit (if not a little large on the ears). I compared these side by side with Jabra Elite Active 65t, Apple Earpod Pro, Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2, and the Cambridge Audio Melomania 1. Pros: Design is good, Battery life is good. App is good (other than EQ not spanning the whole spectrum). Mics and ANC pretty good. Cons: Sound. Unfortunately, the lows are very overwhelming and a bit bloated (muddy and over emphasized with a lack of detail) and the highs were simply to harsh. Played around with the EQ and after every adjustment possible still could not get a decent balanced sound out of them. I'm convinced that the driver redesign affected the voicing and no amount of equalization will fix it. If you like high quality, balanced sound; the Jabra 65ts and the Cambridge Audio Melomania 1's are your best bet for the price. Really wanted to like the Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro (seriously great mids) but slightly sibilant highs and alot of bass there too (Controlled and musical but overwhelming).

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the design, battery life, and ANC functionality of the Jabra Elite 85t as well as our corresponding Jabra Sound+ app. We are terribly sorry, however, that you are finding the lows in the audio of your Jabra Elite 85t to be overwhelming; this is certainly not what we expect. Before trying to change any more settings in the Jabra Sound+ app, we strongly encourage you to update your Jabra Elite 85t to firmware version 1.27, which was released on November 19th. This firmware update improved on several key areas including music performance. The Elite 85t also boasts a 12mm speaker whereas our previous truly wireless device models used a 6mm speaker, so you should have better sound. We recommend taking the MySound test, available in the Jabra Sound+ app, to tailor your listening experience. The MySound test is an audio test made up of various tones played at different frequencies in both your left earbud and right earbud, respectively. The results of the test are then used to create a personalized audio profile for the wearer. Your MySound profile is used to calibrate your Jabra device to optimize your music listening experience and is saved to both your Jabra Elite 85t earbuds and to your Sound+ app to ensure you are always getting the best possible audio quality.

I bought the 85t for the wireless charging, but man, i am glad i bought the 85t. These sound better than the 75t overall, the bass isn't as in your face, so the sound is more balanced. I do feel the 75t are a bit more comfortable, but i'm very happy with the 85t

Perfect form and function!

ANC is on par with AirPods Pro and Sony true wireless buds and way better than the MTW2. Love the size of the case with Qi charging. Buds do not go all the way in my ear, but have a nice seal for bass and ANC. I use them every day. I've used almost every true wireless earbud and these are my go-to headphones for calls and music.

Huge disappointment

Huge disappointment! No matter what gels I use, they never feel secure. Hoping I can locate the 65T’s again. They were much more comfortable/secure. On the plus side - battery life is fantastic, as is the sound. I will be looking for something else to replace these.

As simple as a push of a button to cancel all the noise. Also, you have the option to choose how much noise you want to hear through. Holds a long charge and comfortable enough to wear/use all day.

I bought 2 sets, one for myself and the other as a gift. The audio quality is excellent, but the sound on the other end of the call is garbage. It always sounds like your phone is 10 ft away and is extremely susceptible to environmental noise. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone; get Apple AirPods instead.

These are really good because I can do anything and people do not get distrub by the noise because the do not hear it. Great sound and great for chatting with others. Great battery life. Highly recommended.

I can charge wirelessly which is awesome. Sound quality is great. I wish new incoming calls connected seemlessly when jumping from a current call to the new one as air pods do.

The 65T are still my favorite overall. Such high hopes for ANC. This is my review after a 7 days of very heavy use for work and personal activities. Work involved pairing with iPhone and PC for various Teams/Skype/Zoom conferences. The good... Really easy to unbox and pair and starting using immediately with iPhone and my laptop. Super comfortable to wear. Barely notice them sitting in ear. Best part of the experience by far. Audio quality really crisp and clean. Calibration tools included with Jabra app really allow for personal preferences. I ended up with different size ear tips. No issues switching between devices. Bad ANC is hard to provide any critique on since it didn’t work at all. Every single background noise was heard by meeting and call participants as well as me. Beyond disappointing. This was primary reason for the purchase and why I’ll be returning I don’t understand any review where these performed at all. Like I mentioned above, I used the calibration and customization tools to improve my experience. Noise canceling never got better or even worked really. Without effective ANC these devices are not worth the spend unless comfort is the driving factor. Going to try Bose.

First wireless earbuds - I like them!

ANC works well on airplanes and crowded places. On phone calls I get comments that background sounds come through clearly, but that may be a configuration setting I've missed. I get between 5-7 hours on a charge with ANC on, and the case is good for several recharges. Very happy with purchase.
