Not nearly as good as the 75t. Bulky and the sound lacks range and depth, no mater if you adjust sound through the app. It misses the mark that the 75t set. The sound produced is light and tiny and the full depth bass produced by the 75t isn't there with these. Not an upgraded. Its a down grade

Best noise canceling ear buds. I wanted all day lasting in ear noise canceling ear phones for my endless zoom calls and online meetings and this is by far the best one I ever tried.

So Im a techy person. But like these sound great and the active noise cancellation is great. But lets say you fire up some YouTube or a podcast. THERE IS SO MUCH WHITE NOISE IN THE LEFT EARBUD until you pause it. It is so annoying and i wish Jabra makes an update to make the white noise disappear. Disappointing for such high quality.

I had the 75t, did not like them, I returned them and got the 85t. They're sound great.

Looked for a new pair of bluetooth headphones for everyday use. Saw these and decided to give them a try. The were working pretty good, as the active noise cancelling function helped blocking out the outside noise and the base and sound quality were pretty decent. However, after a week and a half of use the left earbud stopped working. Tried everything to get it back after all else failed I reached out to JABRA for a replacement. This has been a process going on three weeks now which the result, after three weeks of email back and fourth, I have to send them FIRST both earbuds and later Ill get replacement ones. I would stay away from this specific model or just get a warranty through Best Buy.

Charging base died exactly 1 year after purchase. Noise cancelling is not exemplary. Ear comfort is ok. Sound quality is average. Clearly, I would not recommend. My Bose have lasted years.

Best on the market! I made a mistake at the car wash and vacuumed one up so i immediately went to buy a replacement pair of the same. Sound quality and noise cancellation is a 10 on a scale of 1-10

The sound quality is amazing! I’m hearing music notes and far away back up singing I’ve never heard in some of my favorite music. The clarity and crisp feedback in the 85t is very impressive, buying my husband a pair!

I really like the sound on these buds, but they didn't stay put is my ear. This is the issue with any buds that you can't get a good and consistant seal. Bottom line the first step with any bud is going to be a good fit. I do like the app but for me the sennheiser Momentum sound better than anything thus far.

I could not get a good fit/seal in my ear with the tips that come in the box. I read several reviews that mentioned this but said the sound was so good and the ANC (active noise control) kept this from being a problem. Well unfortunately it is a problem for me. I really wanted my search to be over for premium ear buds. I used the ear buds for about three charging cycles (15 hours) hoping they would grow on me. I was not very impressed with the ANC. I ended up finding and trying some old ear bud tips I had in an effort to improve the seal/fit in my ear. Even with a better seal the ANC never was impressive. To illustrate I bought a pair of JLab Go Air Pop Bluetooth Earbuds, True Wireless with Charging Case, for under $10.00 on Black Friday. I knew I was going to be buying a premium set soon and thought having a cheap pair lying around when the expensive pair is charging would be good. The JLab Go Air Pop drowns out almost just as much ambient background noise by being in my ear as the Jabra Elite 85t true wireless earbuds did with ANC on I have an air purifier that is mostly used for white noise in my bedroom. When I turn on the ANC (active noise control) I can hear some frequency change of the air purifier but it does not drowned it out. Maybe a 5%to 10% percent reduction - which is not impressive at all when I have a $10.00 pair that is doing it almost better without ANC. I’ve tried to talk myself into keeping these and getting used to them. I just don’t think I can. Everytime I put the cheap $10.00 earbud in and I’m having almost the same experience as I am having with the Jabra Elite 85t true wireless earbuds it discourages me from wanting to keep them. Let me say a few nice things. They feel well built. They performed well on phone calls - they have 6 microphones. Cons- The fit, the ANC, sound is average to me even using the app to adjust the equalizer. If you want to try these out they aren’t terrible - just not for me. Maybe you will have a perfect fit in your ear and you will have a wonderful experience - I really wish I did.

I love everything about these earphones the sound is amazing and to make calls is crystal clear plus the app is great to make your own special adjustments!

I love these earphones. I had bought them for use when flying, but they are useful on walks and around the house. They are so easy to use and the charge stays longer than expected. Recharging them is easy too.

The bass Rocks! I have tried multiple pairs searching for that booming bass well I’ve found them! Pricey yes but oh man! the sound and fit is well worth it! Please bring back full water proofing and dust/bug protection

My whole family owns these and absolutely loves them! This was my second pair, only because I forgot I had mine in my ears while crabbing and one dropped into the bay.

A subtle upgrade from the Jabra Elite Active 75T. The ANC is superb maybe on par or slightly better than the AirPod Pros, but a notch below Bose QC35s which are the new industry leaders. I would definitely recommend this product
