Only thing I think it should have better is ear tips. If they were not proprietary one could have bought one they like from Amazon and use it, but unfortunately it doesn’t.

The way they fit in your ear is not great because there a little big.

We regret, however, that you are not able to find a secure fit with the earbuds. Having a snug fit with your Jabra Elite 85t earbuds is vital for making the most out of the ANC feature of the device. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. The three sizes of smooth, silicone oval eargels create a more secure, noise-canceling seal and should provide a more comfortable fit as your ear canal is not round. Jabra 85T Wireless Earbuds

I'm now sitting at over a month hoping that today might just be the day that I'm blessed with a response from Jabra. Completely insane There was a problem with my right bud having some digital sounding static from day one. I assumed it was something with my phone or home but testing on a number of other devices and locations produced the same results. Contacted support, did the whole troubleshooting, restarting, uninstall/reinstall, updating, blah, blah, a dozen or so times, hopeful for a quick fix but alas it didn't work. With that not working I'm told I'll need to file a warranty claim... For something that never worked... Okay... So now all I had to do after hours of trying to fix the buds was to - email them some pictures of the device and some tiny little numbers on the inside, a picture of the buds in the case charging, my receipt from best buy, complete the warranty request form, send that off and then wait patiently.... for what's now over a month and still no response on the warranty being accepted or not. Lucky me, if it is accepted I then will receive a shipping label so I can send the buds back to Jabra. Once they receive the buds, they will then send me a new pair. Hopefully I'll have an amendment to this review soon but I'm not holding my breath. It's probably not going to be anytime soon.

If you have smaller ears, definitely opt for these. They do everything well....but nothing great. I was excited about the multipoint feature, but using it during phone calls makes the connection drop. If I cannot use the feature for calls, I will opt for a better pair that does not have the feature. I do recommend, but do not buy solely for multipoint. The connection dropped during some important phone calls and I had to return. If for music only, and you have smaller ears, these are for you.
