I noticed the right ear bud had interference of some kind which seemed worse with the app open. I was unable to solve the issue and ended up returning them. I cannot recommend them for that reason.

I was told by assoiciate this was the better option than Jabra 7. It was not the case at all. You’d think with the price point a better piece of tech. Sadly not.

I like these for ease of use, call quality, microphone quality and their ability to hold a charge and re-charge quickly. not so impressed with music quality and my biggest gripe is fit. Tried all the silicone tips and I still have to adjust them frequently to stay in my ear.

Got this as an appreciation gift for my other half. He loves it! Uses it everywhere and anywhere he goes, literally. It’s not sleek like an AirPod, so I am able to see when he is using these or not.

Got these as a birthday gift for my father. He seems to like them very much. This is his first pair of true wireless headphones, as he started to dislike the wire in between other pairs of Bluetooth headphones.

I had a pair of the 65t and the right ear finally went out after several years of use. I was surprised to see how far along these have came since I last bought. Awesome pair!

These headphones are good but not as good as the 75T.

I ended up returning these. I wanted something else to use when my airpods pro were charging. I didn't like how the buttons function since it just pushes a bud further into your ear. The quality of the ANC wasn't on par with airpods pro.

I’m really enjoying these Jabra Elite 85t earbuds. I’ve long been a fan of Jabra products and a pair of over the ear headphones that I use often. Their noise cancellation and HearThrough technology work extremely well. Working from home and having children around sometimes, I need the cancellation to hear a meeting, but the HearThrough is awesome so that I can hear what they’re doing if I want to listen to music but keep tabs on them. These features have become invaluable to me. For these bud specifically, the sound is really great and there are many customization options. Using the Sound+ app, you not only get firmware updates and can find instructions, but there are many options to make the buds truly yours. The first was what they call MySound, where you listen for some beeps and it customizes the sound to your hearing. But my favorite is that you can change what the buttons do. Each company tends to have their own mapping for the buttons and I like when I can change them. I prefer to have the right earbud play/pause on 1 click/tap, skip on 2 and go back on 3. Since I have a few different earbuds for myself and my kids, this option just makes it easy because we all have the same controls and I can always map the buttons to what we all know. You can also customize the buttons for calls. Battery life has been tremendous and I find them very comfortable. They fit extremely well and sent extra different sized tips, so finding a comfortable fit shouldn’t be hard. There are equalizer options if you want to change the sound, but I have been using them with no changes and they sound great. For all the extra options, these are used for music and calls. The music sounds great and the calls are crystal clear. I would highly recommend these Jabra Elite 85t earbuds.

Been using Jabra Elite since 65 and 75t. Thought getting the newer 85t would continue their quality. I was wrong! The right earbud randomly connects to my iPhone even when in the case. The case is even sitting still on a counter top with no vibrations. I'll be taking a call in my car on apple carplay and all of a sudden the call goes silent because the 85t connected from it's case in my cup holder. I have attempted resetting the 85t but that does not fix the issue. I have called into support and been informed this is a known issue and want to send out a replacement earbud. One tech even admitted this is a "known issue" and it doesn't sound like there will be a fix given how long I have had this issue.

So, every reviewer ever praises the Jabra true wireless earbuds like they were made by Jesus himself. I don't understand why. I simultaneously tested 3 different $200ish models (These, Galaxy Buds Pro, Klipsch T5ii), and these were, BY FAR, the worst. I'll start with the positives: Of the 3 earbuds I tested, these were the most customizable in app. I could program most of the buttons to do whatever I wanted from the fairly extensive list of options. I could program a single tap, double tap, triple tap, and long press for each earbud, basically giving me 8 different commands. And because these use actual buttons instead of ridiculous capacitive buttons, it was very easy to input the commands. Music playback quality was also fine. It was the worst of the 3 sets I tested, but good enough, and they were fairly comfortable in ear. The ANC worked okay. Those are the positives. Now, for the negatives. The call quality is TERRIBLE on these. The person I tested with could understand me, kind of, but he could also hear EVERYTHING around me. Every little noise felt amplified to him, like instead of cancelling out the outside noise, it enhanced it. On my end, the call quality was not great, he sounded . . . tinny. This had the worst ambient noise mode of all the earbuds I tested. It was actually painful to my ears when I used it. If Ambient noise is important to you, don't even waste your time with these. Of the earbuds tested, these definitely had the largest case, and were the least pocketable. Not so noticeable if you have a purse or a backpack, if you're just going out and want to throw these in your pocket, it's awkward. And finally, the earbuds can't each work independently. The right one can work without the left one, but the left one needs to be within a few inches of the right one to work. While this is not the worst thing, it's kind of crazy how this is the 3rd generation of these from Jabra, and they still haven't gotten that feature when most other true wireless earbuds above $100 can do that. In summary, of the 3 earbuds I tested these were the WORST in every category EXCEPT in app customization. Worst in call quality, worst in sound quality, worst in ambient noise, worst in outside noise cancellation on calls. I suppose one could argue they were worst in ANC because the Klipsch don't currently have that feature. Skip these completely and get the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Left earbud died after 1 year of purchasing - Jabra 85T

The noise cancellation system is phenomenal, it really works! The app is also pretty slick. All in all very pleased…more than I expected.

It's difficult to state one is better than another, having multiple brands, these are as good as it gets. They may not be the best but their one of them.

Amazing listening experience. Active Noise Cancelation works amazing at my loud jobsite, and easy to switch to the Hear-Through/off settings. Great buy ngl.

I need a head phone that will stay in my ear wont fall out

This is as good as most for listening to music. I needed something for that and making calls. It failed for calls. Picked up too much outside noise.
