They have buttons instead of touch which makes you push them into you're eardrum to skip a call. Subpar battery life. Calls always have ambient sound on so you can't actually hear. They do charge fast in the case and have decent music sound quality though. Will be returning.

You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Not a suitable running earbud. Horrible in fact.

Google running reviews, etc. These some how were listed as a "Top Running Ear Bud". I could not get them to stay in. I avg 100mi / month. No matter the size ear piece I tried, quick movements caused them to fall out. Disappointed and returned to BBuy. I'll just upgrade my Airpods to the new models. They at least stay in my ears when in motion.

They don't support voice caller ID and the built in status notifications are too faint. I also thik that the sound quality is now as good as the 65t. I bought thise thinking they would be a nice upgrade from my 65t and I waited too long and missed the return window of they would have been going back

Even after I shoved them in my ears, all it took was for me to lower my head toward my shoulder and they would fall out. I tried changing the earpieces, but not luck. I even had my son try them out to see whether it was a problem unique to my ears, but he had the same issue.
