Very disappointed in the phone quality.

Expected much better quality when using the telephone based on the reviews. However, when speaking on the telephone the people on the other end have a very difficult time hearing me. I have a strong voice as well.

I have an old pair of 65t’s…and I still like them. But the Elite 85t ANC earbuds may just push those 65t’s to the back of the drawer. Here’s what you can expect… The charging case has been upgraded by having a magnetic closure, as well as “holding” onto the individual buds magnetically. But the best upgrade (to me) is that you can place it onto a Qi charging pad, a huge convenience (note that a USB-C cable is included in case you prefer to go that route). I will say that I did notice that it was a bit of a chore for my fat fingers to grab ahold of the buds and pull them out of the case due to the magnets that just don’t want to let go. Not a big issue. I just need to get used to it. The nice thing is that the earbuds won’t accidentally fall out of an open case. The earbuds themselves are very comfortable. The silicone eargels are slightly oval in shape and seem to be more ergonomic. The idea is not to jam them in the ear canal like you might with the standard round gels. I wondered initially if they might feel as though they would slip out of my ear, but that has yet to happen — and the comfort level has increased. This would be especially important if you were planning on wearing this for an extended period of time. I also know that in the past, I’ve had to really make sure to imbed the old style buds in my ear in order to get a good seal for that good bass punch. Not so with the Elite 85t’s. The new shape seems to create the proper seal without jamming them in. You get three sizes of eargels, and Jabra recommends that you actually try each size to see which one works best for you. The Elite 85t earbuds come to life with the use of Jabra’s Sound+ app. In the palm of your hand you’ll have everything you need — user manual/quick start guide, customizable settings with three personalized settings that you can save for various types of music or use depending upon your daily activity, and a complete index of useful links for everything from customer support to technical info. It’s through the Sound+ app that you customize the ANC…and this truly impressed me. I was a bit skeptical that earbuds could successfully incorporate decent noise cancellation. Maybe not the same quality as over-the-ear headphones, but the noise cancelling affect really made the music pop. If you’re looking for a pair of buds that may be the last you’ll need for some time, you may want to pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed.

I order the 85t as a replacement, thinking they would be an upgrade. As soon as I got them, I understand why the list price has been reduced by $90. First - the shape makes for a wonky fit. Regardless of which size silicon I used, I could not get them to comfortably fit in my ears. The shape also makes them tricky to get out of the charging / carrying case. Next, the ANC was less effective than on the 75t Finally, my battery died on a 2.5 flight - after starting with a full charge (per the Jabra app on my phone). Even with a very good price point, and better sound quality, the other issues make them not worth it. I'll be returning them for something else.

Works with hey Siri, A little slower that AirPods pro which doesn’t stay in your ears even with 3rd party foam ear tips. Noise cancellation not as good as Apple’s AirPod pros which is the only reason I purchased to try it out. Good price

I tried all three of the ear grommets and none of them felt comfortable. when you had the noise cancel on there was still loud outside noise. the sound quality was very poor. the bass was distorted and same with the treble. the product is not worth the selling price. lost blue tooth connection very often
