These earbuds are ridiculous. Next level in comfort and sound. I've struggled for a long time to find a comfortable earbud and thought they just weren't for me. I can barely tell I'm wearing them they fit so perfectly. Other earbuds sound tin like and not very full sound to me. These are full sound, and I would compare them to an over ear headphone. Top notch, I want to buy them for everyone I know.

Very dissapointing !! Sound is great but does not last because I hear crackling in the left ear bud. Maybe I received a defective product. Also the earbuds fall out repeatedly during runs. I have tried all three ear bud covers that came in the box but none work.. Not made for exercise as advertised!

Wanted to like them. They have everything I was looking for, except comfort. They are ok at first, but start hurting with the pressure points they cause for me. I use other brands instead. Expensive mistake ill try to avoid next time i spring for Expensive buds. Also, pushing onto a mechanical button stuck in your ears is a bad design that made me quit using these. They shoukd be using touch controls like most other brands do. Pushing on the buttons only adds more pain on the already painfull pressure points! These are the most uncomfortable pair of buds I own and I own many sets. In fact Im wearing a paid I just bought elsewhere delivered for twenty bux that I could sleep with they are that comfortable. I do mot recommend these at all. Maybe if you only listen to a few songs they woulnt hurt.

I ordered these as an alternative to AirPods Pro and regret my decision. The first pair received had a popping noise in the right earbud straight out of the box. I trouble-shot them with the company and had no luck. I returned them that day and got a second pair. The second pair was great. Comfortable, sounded great, ANC worked wonderfully, and I enjoyed the features a lot. 2 days later the popping began in pair number 2 so I called the company back. Customer service recommended ordering straight from their website and guaranteed no problems with the 3rd pair. Because I enjoyed pair 2 so much, I was willing to give them one last shot. Pair number 3 arrived a few days later and they have been great up until 6 days after receiving them. Now they have a hissing noise in the left earbud. I spoke with customer service once more and they offered a refund or exchange, but both would take 3-5 weeks. I’m very disappointed that either way I go I’m going to be without a good pair of earbuds for a while. As a bass guitar player who depends on a good pair of earbuds to learn multiple songs weekly, I’m just at a loss until I get a new pair I guess. I doubt I’ll send them back even for a refund. At this point I doubt think it’s worth the time. I wouldn’t have spent $20 on them if I knew they were going to have this many issues. I hope no one else has these issues. It’s really frustrating.

The Jabra earbuds are very good. They were recommended by several friends of mine. Sound is very good, build quality is also very good. Good value as well.

My kids had the 65 & I had the 75 for the last 2 years, while theirs still worked great my 75 had problems, so I am trying this one. everything seems identical, yet, the noise cancelling doesnt seem to work as great as it did the the 65 & 75

Absolutely love these ear buds they are bulky but sit in my ear beautifully.

Excellent sound quality for calls and music listening

When these work, they really work well. The app is easy to use and the sound is great. However, they FREQUENTLY disconnect from the sound source. Sometimes it's easy to reconnect. Other times you have to forget them on your device and then repair them. I've probably done that 30 times in 3 months. In addition, if you get a text while talking on them it disconnects the phone. In addition, the battery life is not particularly good.

I recently won these during a golf tournament and wanted to give them a try. I have stop using them after 2 months based off a few things. 1.) The sounds quality is ok compared to my original set that I am back using (Bose sport). 2.) The battery life is on the low end. I can’t even go an hour before the headphone notify me the battery is low and to please charge which wouldn’t bother me except it takes hours to charge in the case. 3.) The poor charging power in the case along with its design if they are not perfectly in there sometimes they will not charge. On the plus side the do fit perfectly in my ear and are very hard for them to fall out. In comparison the Bose sport last me hrs and charge very quickly in there case. I do not recommend buying these if Bose is a few dollars more.

I don't write many reviews but had to on these. First off, the sound quality on these are the worst I've ever heard!!! For the price it is complete garbage. And yes, Jabra rep, they are fitted correctly in my ears and yes, they are up to date and yes I did the my sound to adapt to my hearing and they are GARBAGE for sound quality. ANC it's absolutely amazing, but I rather have a good sound with some background noise then no background noise and have the sound low and muffled. The 75t active are the better sound quality winner but on calls the person on the other end can hear rain hitting the windshield so loud they tell me to call them when I can take the crappy headphones off. Very frustrating for $179 as well. Bose it is I guess.

I really wanted to like these. The sound quality is amazing. BUT, it disconnected every time I would make a call. I had them 6 days and had to do a master reset 4 times. That was enough for me to return them and get something else

The sound on those is superb. The noise cancelling works very well. But whatever earbud size I tried, they keep falling. Because of that, I totally lost confidence in wearing those.

Good quality and the best thing I like about it is to adjust the hearing though and AC mode.

I must say, I really wanted to like these. After a few months of use, someone politely made me aware that the call quality on the other end while using my buds for phone calls was terrible. The buds were amplifying ambient noises rather than quieting them. Jabra offered a new pair, but no refund as I was past the return date. After weeks of shipping, verifying, and sending replacement buds, the 2nd set was dead on arrival. Specifically, the left bud didn't work (which, after some research, is an ongoing problem with these). Again, was offered another replacement but nothing in the form of a refund, the ability to switch to another product (Elite 7 pros, for example), or a discount on future purchases. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was just as poor as the product experience. 3rd pair works but I've already purchased AirPod Pros, so these Elite 85t's are just an expensive paperweight.

Excellent product, great sound, easy to connect, great value

Music is good. Could be better ( maybe a lot better) if Jabra included in-between ear tips so that those of use that don't have one of three size ear canals could actually get a good fit with a good seal. Since I can't get a good fit, music quality suffers, noise cancellation is a joke, and they fall out fairly easy. They are not worth the price under these circumstances. Any complaints to Jabra are met with a robo response telling to try all three sizes to get the best fit even though it's clearly been stated all three sizes have been tried and none them fit all that well. If you have to have Jabra, the 75t's are a much better value. Do to poor customer service, i say don't buy Jabra. I've now have had three pairs: 65t, 75t, and the 85t and have had the same problem with each one. The 85t's are buy far the worse of the bunch. I won't be buying Jabra again nor would I recommend anyone with ear canals that don't fall into those S, M, or L categories.

I have been trying to like these earbuds, but just can't do it. I had Samsung earbuds and those are much better. The 85t earbuds stick out so far from my head that if I go downstairs, they start to fall out. In my opinion, the reason the Jabra website only show their models from the side is that they don't want people to see how far out they stick. Also, I was very disappointed with the ANC. I can still hear the vacuum in the next room. I have the Elite 85h and they are much better. I understand that there is a difference between over-the-ears vs in-the-ears, but I can hear wind noise when I walk with the 85t and the ANC at the highest level. Plus you can almost get two of the Samsung earbuds for the price of these. Get those instead.

I bought these as supposedly a suitable replacement for my AirPod pros extremely disappointed in this product the left earbud will not operate independently. Noise cancellation feature is garbage and the microphone is even more distorted than the AirPod pros when there is any ambient noise around I would rate them zero stars if I could I will be returning them soon
