The earbuds are great and the active noise canceling works really well but after 5 months of owning them the charging case will not hold a charge and only charges the buds in the case and the case is plugged in. The app and case dont seem to sync when an update is needed.

Looked for a new pair of bluetooth headphones for everyday use. Saw these and decided to give them a try. The were working pretty good, as the active noise cancelling function helped blocking out the outside noise and the base and sound quality were pretty decent. However, after a week and a half of use the left earbud stopped working. Tried everything to get it back after all else failed I reached out to JABRA for a replacement. This has been a process going on three weeks now which the result, after three weeks of email back and fourth, I have to send them FIRST both earbuds and later Ill get replacement ones. I would stay away from this specific model or just get a warranty through Best Buy.

Best noise canceling ear buds. I wanted all day lasting in ear noise canceling ear phones for my endless zoom calls and online meetings and this is by far the best one I ever tried.

I really like the sound on these buds, but they didn't stay put is my ear. This is the issue with any buds that you can't get a good and consistant seal. Bottom line the first step with any bud is going to be a good fit. I do like the app but for me the sennheiser Momentum sound better than anything thus far.

Not nearly as good as the 75t. Bulky and the sound lacks range and depth, no mater if you adjust sound through the app. It misses the mark that the 75t set. The sound produced is light and tiny and the full depth bass produced by the 75t isn't there with these. Not an upgraded. Its a down grade

The sound quality is amazing! I’m hearing music notes and far away back up singing I’ve never heard in some of my favorite music. The clarity and crisp feedback in the 85t is very impressive, buying my husband a pair!

Best on the market! I made a mistake at the car wash and vacuumed one up so i immediately went to buy a replacement pair of the same. Sound quality and noise cancellation is a 10 on a scale of 1-10

The bass Rocks! I have tried multiple pairs searching for that booming bass well I’ve found them! Pricey yes but oh man! the sound and fit is well worth it! Please bring back full water proofing and dust/bug protection

A subtle upgrade from the Jabra Elite Active 75T. The ANC is superb maybe on par or slightly better than the AirPod Pros, but a notch below Bose QC35s which are the new industry leaders. I would definitely recommend this product

I love everything about these earphones the sound is amazing and to make calls is crystal clear plus the app is great to make your own special adjustments!

Bought these for my wife as a gift. She really likes them.

I love these earphones. I had bought them for use when flying, but they are useful on walks and around the house. They are so easy to use and the charge stays longer than expected. Recharging them is easy too.

They sound very good and the noise cancelling is right on par with AirPods Pro. Sadly I had to return them because the battery wasn’t quite long enough for me to use them in all day long meetings at work. 10/10 would recommend

Great buds that fit so much better than the Apple alternative, personally I think all of the features are just “nicer” on the jabras. Great set. A little on the pricy side but with these you really get what you pay for.

The sound is good but it is to big for my ears. I preferred the elite t75.

I'm really liking these Jabra Elite 85ts and I own just about all the most popular true wireless bluetooth headphones on the market. These are comfy, practical and have great battery life with compatibility with anything that supports bluetooth. Let's get into what's good and what's not so great about the Jabra Elite 85t. Firstly these headphones are comfortable. They stay in your ear decently, but I wouldn't recommend them for any intense workouts as they would more than likely fall out. Everyday users will find these comfortable, with different sized gel tips that will fit most people's ears just fine. The seal is nice and adds a bit of passive noise isolation as well. Active noise cancellation is pretty decent on these headphones and compare nicely to other devices on the market at this price range. I had no issues with turning on the ANC and swapping between that and the transparency mode. I also loaded the Jabra app on my phone and was able to adjust the amount of ANC and transparency, which is a pretty cool feature that other headphones don't always provide. Connectivity wise these headphones did great on both my Android and Apple devices. I had no issues connecting 2 devices simultaneously as well. Battery life was fantastic and I've yet to actually fully charge them yet, they have been going strong for about 4 hours. The case can be wirelessly charged on any compatible Qi pad and add another 20+ hours to the 4-5 hour battery life of the headphones. Charging is quick and takes under a couple of hours to get a full charge back into the headphones. Sound on these headphones is fantastic and much better than most other true wireless headphones. The big drivers are felt as the bass rumbles your ears when listening to anything punchy and the highs weren't cringe worthy either. I think most people will find these pleasing while listening to most music or audiobooks. The only annoyance I had with these is that taking the left headphone out of the case and trying to use it does not work until you turn on the right side headphone first. Once you have turned the right side on, then you can independently use the left headphone. This is pretty common with true wireless headphones, but at this price range they should work without having to rely on the other. So here goes a quick pros and cons list: Pros: Great wireless charging case Excellent battery life Comfortable Durable and well built Cons: The right side headphone is the master and must be turned on first before using the left headphone independently Definitely not going to stay in during exercising Overall this is a great set of headphones and will make most users very happy and provides a good value in this crowded space of wireless headphones. Updateable firmware through the phone app is also nice and will increase the longevity of these headphones in the future.
