They have some great features, which is why I have given this product 5 stars. I did think about 4 stars because of the cons! On the slightly negative side, if you accidentally drop the case, one of the ear phones always pops out, but the case closes again, so be aware of this. Another negative for me is if my fingers are very dry, I do have difficulty pulling out the ear phones since they are retained by magnets.

Only thing I think it should have better is ear tips. If they were not proprietary one could have bought one they like from Amazon and use it, but unfortunately it doesn’t.

The way they fit in your ear is not great because there a little big.

We regret, however, that you are not able to find a secure fit with the earbuds. Having a snug fit with your Jabra Elite 85t earbuds is vital for making the most out of the ANC feature of the device. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. The three sizes of smooth, silicone oval eargels create a more secure, noise-canceling seal and should provide a more comfortable fit as your ear canal is not round.
