Extremely happy I took the chance on these earbuds. Some of the best in-ear, wireless headphones I've used to date. Would highly recommend.

The fit, the sound quality, and the active noise cancellation is really good. But I work around machines and it interferes with them. Great for everyday use, just not if you work around machines.

I bought the 65Ts two years ago and these are significantly better. I like how they fit inside my ear, but don't go deep inside. The price is kind of high though. If you have the 75Ts or another high-end wireless earbud, it may not be worth the money to upgrade now. It is better, but not a drastic difference honestly. I wish they had more color selection for the earbuds/cases. PROS; Fit in ear Sound quality/bass/customization CONS: Price May not be worth buying if you bought high-end earbuds recently. For most people, there really is not a need to do so.

Acceptable sound for speech and music. Excellent clarity. Bass and detail very good. Work really well for phone calls. Worthwhile to experiment with different size inserts and mixing different sizes for each ear to improve stability and sound.

These 85t will work great for most people. However, I use them to workout which includes running, jump ropes and burpees. Any activity that involves jumping, for me these will fall out without stopping and having to readjust. The way the ear buds are designed to not build pressure in your ear is good but these may need the wing tips so they sit in your ears better. Also, when I run, I can hear a lot of wind noise due to the shape of the open ear bud design. The sound quality and noise cancellation work great so if you’re looking for ear buds for anything else other than something that requires jumping or running, these are great.

Great sound and comfortable to wear. They are vented which allows pressure to equalize in the ear. I like that they can charge wirelessly.

Works very well. Good sound, great noise canceling. These are comfortable in my ears using the medium ear cups.

ive tried the following brands of noise cancelling earbuds, airpods, bose qc ear buds, sony 1000mx3, and none of them fit right and sounded great. all 3 would fall out of my right ear and never had a good seal. finally when i tried the 85t it was the perfect fit! finally! the ear bud is nice and secure, noise cancelling is good. but not as good as the bose. once i adjusted the EQ i honestly think they sound better than the rest! i’m so glad i found a pair of earbuds that fit and sound awesome!!

I’ve tried lots of headphones. I really do love the jabra brand I’ve has them all, the 75 I think are better than the 85. Main reason being the 85 do not sit in the ear like the 75 and 65 . I’ve tried all the different size tips and it just don’t sit tight enough. They will come out easily. Definitely not for running, yard work, gym, Thats the reason I give 4 stars. As far as sound, well it’s definitely better than the 75. I am impressed with that. Voice calls are not the greatest with 85. I think it try’s too hard for the noise canceling. When someone is talking to me on the phone, it will cut them out if they don’t Speak loudly. I think I’m gonna return them and try out the Bose 1000. I’ll post on those after a month or two. Just an FYI, I use earbuds daily. Mostly while driving.

I previously owned the Jabra Elite 65t. I decided after using them for 3 years it was time to upgrade. I briefly tried the Bose earbuds but returned them because they were just too bulky and felt like they were going to fall out of my ears. I am so glad I went with Jabra again. These are the perfect lightweight size and the sound is great! Easy to connect and all features work well with no connectivity issues. I definitely recommend these earbuds!

I read great reviews of these and was excited to get them. However these are definitely not a continuation of the Jabra Active series. They are larger and they do not sit securely in the ear. It's a shame. If you want to use them just sitting or maybe walking, you'd be fine. But for anything else that would result in head movement, I'd be wary of using them since they could fall out of your ear. All ears are different of course, but if you want to run, look to the Active Elite 75t. I do hope someday Jabra comes out with an Active Elite 95t with active noise cancellation that stays securely in the ear like the 75t (actually the older 65t (which does not have ANC) has a better secure fit than the 75thooks to keep them in your ear)

Great sound for such small earbuds. Comfortable fit and the buds never fall out while running.

These are great for music and calls. The Pro Elites I purchased previously could not be used for call.

Kudos to Best Buy for getting these to me in under 5 days way before the official release date. I have the elite active 75T's and I LOVE Those and use them every day. Although the 85's have a much better sound, the bass is seriously lacking , which is disappointing since I am a serious Bass head. I think it might be because of the vented design, but I could be wrong. also, more sound seems to leak in, unlike the 75's. I experimented quite a bit, and if I pushed in a bit, it got to where I wanted it to sound, but only then. Sadly, I will not be keeping this set. If the bass had remained and if it was as good as the 75's, it would have been perfect. Sorry, Jabra, although very very close, not as good this time. Remember though, this is highly subjective, and everyone's sound wants and needs are completely different, so what does not work for me, might be perfect for you. put the bass back in, and maybe I might give this another shot.
